Another original Jay-Jay story, this time it's an author's insert story entitled "Stop Snoring Herky!" with added lines by tate310. Enjoy and comment.

One day, Nick's anatomy teacher gave him a free period, so Nick went down to Mr Brunt's TV class.

As soon as Nick entered, Angie ran over to see him. She was excited.

"Whoa Angie," said Nick. "Take it easy for a few."

"I have big news."

"What is it?"

"I'm going to Tarrytown!"

Nick wasn't surprised at all. Angie had been to Tarrytown before, with Nick and his friend Megan, after their plane to Atlanta had to made an emergency landing.

"Who are you going with?" asked Nick.

"You're coming with me." replied Angie.

Really, Nick had other things to do, and didn't really want to go to Tarrytown, but he didn't want to make Angie upset, so he agreed to go.

Next morning, Nick arrived at Memorial Airport.

Angie had brought along a friend of hers along for the trip. Her name was Maggie.

Maggie was very pleased to see Nick.

"I've heard all about you. You and Alessandra get along very well together on Update."

"How do you know about Update?" asked Nick.

"Even though I'm in 8th grade, I've applied to take TV and be on the Update crew next year." said Maggie.

Just then, the plane arrived.

Nick, Angie and Maggie boarded the plane, and they were off to Tarrytown.

When the gang arrived in Tarrytown, Brenda Blue came over to see them.

"Welcome back to Tarrytown." said Brenda Blue.

"Where are we sleeping tonight?" asked Angie.

"You guys can sleep in the hangar tonight." replied Brenda Blue.

Angie felt very uneasy about sleeping in the hangar, especially since Herky, one of the airplanes there, had a severe sleeping problem.

But Angie decided to sleep in the hangar anyway.

That night, things were quiet in the hangar. Everything was nice and quiet, until Nick heard a weird noise.

"What in the world is that?" wondered Nick.

The noise, just as predicted, was Herky snoring. In fact, Herky was snoring so loud, that it woke Angie up.

Angie was frightened by Herky's snoring.

"I want to go home!" cried Angie, hugging Nick tightly. "Herky's scaring me!"

"It's alright Angie." replied Nick. "We can figure this out why Herky's snoring."

So Nick went over to Herky.

"Why do you snore Herky?" he asked.

"It's not a problem, really." replied Herky quietly.

"Well actually, it is. You're snoring so loud, that you're keeping my friend Angie awake."

"Well, sometimes I can't help myself with my snoring. Some night's I snore, some night's I don't snore."

"Well, is there something that helps you not snore?"

"I have an idea!" Suggested Angie. "Try thinking about positive things, that always helps me not snore."

"I'll try it." said Herky.

And Angie's idea worked! Herky didn't snore the rest of the the night, and Angie, Maggie and Nick, were very pleased.
