PROLOGUE

"Breaking News, Newly Appointed President Paylor was Assassinated nearly two hours ago, and rebellion leaders have been institutionalized for examination. It has been discovered that many of these rebels have suffered from brain damage and are unstable. Panem is in turmoil at the moment and we are looking to appoint a new president quickly, to lead our way back to normalcy. I am Leaid Tibidueax, sighing off!" Soon to be President Sanguine smiled to himself as he watched the announcement, not a least bit surprised.

"Aircey, please show Mrs. Sov to her office please, she has a lot of work to do as New Head Gamemaker,"

President Sanguine smiled to himself, and Aircey showed Mrs. Sov to her office. "Let The Games Begin," Sov said, eyes cloudy with thought, presumably about the games.

Mrs. Sov was going to do anything in her power to make these games especially bad for the districts, a reminder that uprisings are futile. Mrs. Sov laugh to herself as the ideas flowed through her mind like water breaking through a dam. Ideas to make the Resurrection Game of The Hunger Games a major reminder, a reminder that the Capitol is always in more power than the Districts.

"Hello, Everyone!" President Sanguine boomed to the cameras, all pointed to him. "As you all know, I will be taking over Mrs. Paylors presidency. It was my original intent to resume with Ms. Paylor's ideas on freedom of Panem, but I've realized those ideas and theories are sadly misguided, but I'd like to take a small moment of silence to honor Deceased President Paylor." Sanguine turned his head down for the moment of silence. "I'd like to help return normalcy to Panem, and I've realized part of normalcy are The Hunger Games," He smirked. "I'd like to introduce this years Head Game Maker to explain the games this year. May I introduce, Blanch Sov!"

Mrs. Blanch Sov entered the stage. "I'm here to announce The Resurrection Games of The Hunger Games. As your Head Game Maker, it is my job to make sure The Games serve as a reminder. This year's games are of extreme significance, so we'd like to have a large change to imprint in all of your brains that Revolt and Rebellion is futile." She Paused a moment, then continued.

"This year, there are two lists, The Rebels list, and the Bystanders list. This year, everyone within each of the districts have an approved list of loved ones to choose from, and will have to put a name in the Reaping bowl, the immense difference is that Citizens on the Rebels list must submit 10 names, while the citizens on the Bystanders list only have to submit two names. Know that you may submit the same name for all of your submissions, but it will only make their odds worse."

She paused for a minute before continuing on, "One last thing, Citizens on the Rebels list will automatically be entered into the Reaping pool." She smiles a tight rained in but content smile. "Please believe me and President Sanguine when we say, this is all in the best interest of Panem as a whole.
