i rember doing the triathlon. I was the only sponge there they rote my number and age on my legs and arm. When they were down i gave my mom a kiss on tjhe cheeck and bruoght my bike to the racks. befor i new it they were calling my agw group down to the starting. When i got down there they got us lined up has i looked at who i was racing. It look like there were a lot of people there maybe 20 in my race or 56 but i didnt know. Ten they said on you marck get set go. I was off in the water many people in front of me in the water. Two laps around the 100 meter line. Fisrts lap and i am starting to fall behind but not last. befor i know it i was out of the the water and running to transiction.
I take off my to small for my head swim cap. Got my bike and then ran it to munting start i get there i get on my bike and then betle very fast start to cach up with other people around the 5 km route as we haft to do 15 km. First lap down and going to my second lap as i here go spongebob as i look and see patrick and sandy cheering me on.

I get off my bike at dismunt start and run it back to transiction then i pute my bike back on the rack then then u run 4 laps around the 1 km route catch up to the leading pack they start to seperate and then i was running as fast as i can to be the first person to crouse the finish line in my age group and i did. I came first place in my first triathlon. Then out of the blue sandy and patrick run to give me a big hug for winning the race. After that i did some more triathlons but that was the funned one of all of them," said spongebob
