The begining- A Rei Ishida story

Rei was abandoned by her clan at the age of five. She didn't know what to do or where to go. Her clan was known all to well. Everyone in the Fire country could tell she was a member of the Ishida, and therefore they were all too afraid to help an innocent child. She'd been branded as a murderer just for being a part of the clan. She left the country not knowing what else to do.
She ended up in a small town on the border of the fire country. Even there people knew who she was. Parents told their children to stay away from her. Store owners shooed her when she stopped to look at the food they had. She never stole anything or bothered anyone yet they still ignored her. When she finally realized she was on her own she began to cry.
Rei lived on her own for two years, wondering from village to village. She never stayed anywhere for long because if she stayed to long the towns people would chase her out.
In one village she had over stayed her welcome. She was walking along a road when a group of boys found her. They chased her. Rei made a wrong turn and found herself at a dead end. They backed her up into the wall.
"Now there's no where to run to!" One of the boys said.
"Uh…" Rei looked for an opening but there just wasn't one.
She ran at one of them and pushed him down. She squeezed through the opening. The same boy who'd yelled at her grabbed her arm and pulled her back.
"Let me go!" Rei cried. She struggled to get free of his hold on her but he didn't let go. He was about to hit her, but she bit down on his arm. He pushed her off him and she fell to the ground. His arm was bleeding. Rei got up as fast as she could and ran away. When she looked back she saw them coming after her. She ran right into something. Rei took a step back and looked up at the person she'd just run into. He turned around and looked down at her. His eyes burned into hers. For some reason Rei felt like she could trust him. She grabbed his arm.
"Help me…please help me…" She said softly.
As the boys ran up to them Itachi pushed Rei behind him. It only took one look and the boys were running scared.
"Itachi...why did you help this brat?" Kisame asked.
Itachi didn't answer him, instead he turned to Rei. "What's your name girl?" He asked.
"I…its Rei…" She didn't mention her last name.
"I'm Itachi Uchiha…" He said then turned and started to walk away. Kisame followed him.
Itachi turned around. "Well are you just going to stand there? Come on." He said.
Rei was hesitant to follow, but this was the first time anyone had helped her. She walked over to them and stayed close behind Itachi.
"What are you thinking taking her along?" Kisame asked.
"I thought that you'd be able to notice that she's an Ishida…" Itachi said. "She'll be useful once she's trained."
"How…did you know that I was an Ishida?" Rei asked.
"Your eyes and hair are a dead give away." He said to her.
"Uh…" She didn't know what to think of him. Not only did he help her, he knew who she was! What she did know is that she could trust him.
