I'm looking for two stories the first is where Harry and draco are together but Hermione tries to split them up I can't remember if it's because she wants draco or Harry. I think Ron is dead and I'm pretty sure Harry has a car crash, I think Hermione admits everything she has done to the police at the end. The second story is where Harry and draco were together after the war but draco and Harry's friends have him put in the hospital because they think he is mentally ill. Harry escapes and when they find him he won't help them because they betrayed him. Draco is now with Charlie weasley but does kiss Harry behind Charlies back. Charlie dies and afterwards harry and draco get back together. Please help me find these stories.
