This is during the battle scene at the end of Deathly Hollows. Harry and Voldemort are bantering…
"You won't be killing anyone else tonight," said Harry as they circled and stared into each other's eyes, green into red. "You won't be able to kill any of them ever again. Don't you get it? I was ready to die to stop you from hurting these people-"
"But you did not!"
"- I meant to, and that's what did it. I've done what my mother did. They're protected from you. Haven't you noticed how none of the spells you put on them are binding? You can't torture them. You can't touch them. You don't learn from your mistakes, Riddle, do you?"
"You dare-?"
"Yes I dare. Of course I dare. You know that's really annoying? I don't know how you get any followers… No wonder you have to use the Imperius curse, no one in their right minds would follow you, just look at Bellatrix, she was loony enough…" The crowd lined against the wall all had their mouths hanging open or were otherwise expressing surprise. Neville looked faint.
"YOU- I- HOW DARE YOU INSULT MY GREATEST LIUTENANT!" Voldemort raged. "AVADA-"
"Expelliarmus!" Harry shouted. The Elder Wand shot into the air and clattered down on the other side of the room. "See? That's what I mean. Another thing you've got to stop doing!" Harry said exasperated. He was now feeling a bit defiant actually. "I mean, is that how you treat everyone? Seriously, this is you: Fool! You gave me incorrect information! You said Bode would be able to deliver to me the Prophecy! Oh, well I don't like you, Avada Kedavra, you're dead! Oh, and you told me he was right so-" Harry pointed his wand at Voldemort. "-Avada Kedavra! You're dead!" Then Harry did almost a double take. "Oh… well…" Voldemort, liker Bellatrix before him, had gone stiff and his eyes bulged out of their slit-like sockets, and fallen to the floor. "Well… er… I guess that takes care of that!" Harry looked around the hall. Everyone was in shock. Ginny recovered first.
"He's killed Voldemort! HE'S KILLED HIM!!" Ginny's voice rang out through the hall.
"Er, well, sort of, I didn't mean-" but Harry never finished that sentence. Because then, the entire crowd seemed to absorb that Old Voldy'd gone moldy, as Peeves yelled out. Harry was engulfed by the enormous crowd that was every brave wizard in Britain.
