Forever
I did this so we could be together forever.
I never thought that it would turn out this way,
But it did and now I must deal.
I wanted you to myself forever
But you just had to stray,
And feel for another.
Now you runaway from me never
Turing back.
And I am left to wonder what I should do next.
I chase after you, with a knife in hand
Not sure what to do with it until you
Turn around.
You ask me if I wish you harm
And what else do I say but
No.
Then I throw it down to prove my point.
You look at me with such hurt eyes,
Before your lover brings me tumbling down.
You scream and run towards both of us,
You reach to him
And pay no heed to me.
I creep upon you wanting you to
Myself.
But as I came so close to you, you impale me.
As I drop to the ground you
Hastily turn around
Looking at me with those hurt filled eyes.
Through your eyes I see that you don't regret
But I know that I will be,

When I finally sink to the ground
I see you look away
And I pain me to say
I love you.
