Catherine bore down and began to push.

"GIL!" She screamed

"I'm right here Cath I'm right here." He pulled a fake smile trying to forget the pain rushing through his hand, which was being grabbed tightly by Catherine who at the moment was going through a contraction and screaming her head off. Gilbert Jr. was in the waiting room with Lindsey and Sara. Nick Warrick and Greg were who knows where, most likely in the cafeteria or the Gift shop looking for gifts for the second time parents.
