Out in the dark the Batman takes flight
To criminals he's known as the Dark Knight
At night he's the bat, by day he's Bruce Wayne
It all started as a kid, when his parents were slain
His best friend was a lawyer named Harvey
Who had a split personality
He was in an accident involving a case
And became the villain known as Two Face
His number one enemy is a clown called the Joker
His pranks and antics are mediocre
He's responsible for the deaths of Bruce's mom and dad
They died when he was just a lad
The Catwoman has proved to be his most difficult task
Emotions run high for the woman behind the mask
Even though he's in love with Selina Kyle
Her constant mood swings are far to hostile
Oswald Cobbelpot is a vile looking thing
He's known by most as the Penguin King
With skin like leather he's not very hairy
He has flippers for fingers, he looks very scary
He fell in some water below 30 degress
Once a brilliant scientist, he's now Mr. Freeze
His wife was frozen, her name was Nora
Poison Ivy controls fauna and flora
A jokster, a prankster, an enigma is he
Creating puzzles is the Riddler's cup of tea
Powerful and strong is Bane
Drugs are pumped into his brain
But every hero needs a sidekick or two
Robin and Batgirl are his crew
Dick worked in the circus until his family died
In the Wayne Manor he's come to reside
So criminals beware
You're in for a scare
