Just trying this out.
It was a warm sunny day and Jade and Dave were walking through a nice sunny park near a crystal blue pond. Jade was telling him about a joke her grandpa had told her. When she finished with the punch line she looked over at Dave he was looking strait forward and didn't even crack a smile. She frowned and wondered why he never smiled and when he did smile it was only a half smile. She had never seen him smile and for that matter, laugh. She decided that she was going to make him smile no matter what.
They decided to sit under I nice birch tree and listen to the wind rush through the leaves. Dave was sitting there and listening to the sound of the pond ducks when he caught jade looking at him. "Jade what's wrong?" he inquired. "Just that you never smile." She mused looking him strait in the eye. "I do too smile." he said. She frowned "Ya but you never really smile. You only half smile and you never laugh." She said her frown deepening. Then all of a sudden she got a brilliant idea and she started to smirk. She remembered one time when Rose had playfully poked him in the side and he had jumped like a foot in the air. "Hey Dave." She said "hm?" he muttered. "Are you ticklish?" Dave tensed "N-no" He stuttered "I think different." She said smiling like a joker. She poked him in the side and he jumped and scooted away. "Don't poke me." He said. "I don't think so I'm going to make you smile." Jade said smiling even wider until it looked like her face was splitting. She launched herself at Dave and started to poke and prod his stomach.
"S-s-s-s-s-stop J-a-a-ade-e-e-e-e-" he giggled. Cracking a huge smile. "No." She said. She was starting to get bored so she started to poke his ribs. Pfffftt-HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. He shrieked. There were tears running down his cheeks now and Jade decided he had had enough. "Don't *pant* do that *pant* again. "But you smiled and actually laughed for once." "Jade one day your going to wake up with a sword to your throat." Dave said whipping away his tears. Jade then noticed how close they were. She was startling close to him on top of his hips with her hand on at the side of his head. There faces were really close and there was a slight blush on his face from laughing. With a slight burst of confidence she connected their lips. After they broke apart for air Jade had a slight blush and scrambled away from Dave looking away. He got up and went over and put his arm around Jade. "Did you mean that." He asked rubbing her back. Jade looked up into his eyes. "Yes." and she connected their lips again.
