This fanfiction begins 1000 years after the ending of RG Veda. Join Yasha and Ashura as they struggle to adjust in a superhuman society that wiped out all the demons and are now dealing with enemies within, but they won't be the story's main focus. Also...I'm including the Dad For One theory and my OG aliens known as Shastarians in the latter half of the story, to give it an Avengers vibe and a Gurren Lagann vibe. (Maybe I'll write a story about Ibara Shiozaki trying to defeat a Shastarian armada.)

Taishakuten's reincarnation is named Simon, after Simon The Digger. He's also quirkless and Kaminari's older brother!

DAIrinchan, IDK if you are reading this but...Remember the PMs we shared? This is the final result.

Japanese Translation:
Okaa-sama=Mother, in a sense of honor

1300 Years Ago

Ashura-oh stared down at the sleeping man next to him. He'd never get over how peaceful Taishakuten looked in his sleep. It was a far cry from the way he acted during the day and Ashura-oh knew that the gentle look was due to the fact that he was there by his side, since he knew what the other man felt about him.

It wasn't the first time they shared a bed; far from it actually. When the deal had originally been made, Ashura-oh had only planned on sleeping with him once but for some reason, he kept on finding himself being drawn back to Taishakuten.

With one hand, he gentle reached out and touched the ends of the long silver hair, allowing it to lightly run between his fingers. It was amazing how soft it felt; he was surprised the first time he touched it, but now it was almost an addiction; one he thought he would never have with any one.

On the bed, Taishakuten stirred and Ashura-oh held his breath. The last thing he wanted was for Taishakuten to wake up and find him like this. The way Ashura-oh currently was it would be far too easy for Taishakuten to become closer to him and that was something he didn't want; it was already becoming increasingly difficult to say `good-bye'.

Closing his eyes, Ashura-oh wondered why he cared. The first time they had slept together, it was merely to fulfill Taishakuten's wish so he would agree and help with the plans to prevent Ashura-oh's unborn son from becoming the God of Destruction. But things were different now, which was what baffled Ashura-oh.

Ashura-oh knew when things had changed; it was when he returned to Shashi the next day after they spent their first night together and realized how different the two treated him. He knew Shashi didn't love him and he didn't love her. He always knew that; he was well aware they were simply using each other to achieve their own goals. He, wanting a son; and she, wanting the class and dignity that came with being his wife. But he was okay with that and he had been until that night he and Taishakuten spent together.

With Taishakuten, he actually felt loved, which was a new and strange experience for him. He hadn't known how to express it in words, but when he returned to Taishakuten for the second time, the other man had simply known and welcomed him once more to his bed without question.

After their second encounter, they began meeting on a regular basis since all the plans were still not completely made for the upcoming revolt, so they still had time to spend together. By now, Ashura-oh had lost count of the nights they had spent together. Lately it seemed he was spending more time with Taishakuten than Shashi but he didn't care, he knew she probably had her own lovers.

Taishakuten had settled again so Ashura-oh decided once more too freely to stare at him. He didn't know what his feelings were at first, having never experienced `love'. Even now, he couldn't voice it, he simply didn't know how, no matter how much he wanted too.

Part of him realized it didn't matter since Taishakuten would simply know his feelings when everything was done; but another part of him wanted to tell Taishakuten before the end, except he couldn't.

Allowing his fingers to dance lightly over Taishakuten's skin, Ashura-oh wondered what he should do. He couldn't stop his plan that was one thing for sure; he was determined to sacrifice himself so that his son had the chance to live a normal life. But a part of him was now wondering how things would have turned out differently if he had met Taishakuten sooner.

"I'll find you again," Ashura-oh whispered into Taishakuten's ear. Reincarnations were a part of life; his soul would not rest until it had found Taishakuten again, no matter how many lifetimes it took. And hopefully in that next life, they would not be gods, at least not gods who were trying to change fate; but instead he hoped they were reincarnated as normal people who were allowed to live their own lives without worry.

Now

A bright flash of lightning and the sound of a body hitting the ground resonated within an alleyway if one were to look they would see an 21-year-old man with wild silver hair, silver eyes and a strong lean build, the man would be identified as Simon Kaminari AKA the Thunderbolt Hero Daredevil, or in his previous life, Raijin Taishakuten, the former Celestial Emperor and supreme ruler of Tenkai, who was currently standing above the mugger who had no idea who he was and thought of him as an easy target while he was heading home after he just finished hanging out with his friends.

"Well. That didn't last long." he stated before dismissing his trusty sword, Raikoutou, and taking one last look at the body before exiting the alleyway and returning to his thoughts before he was so rudely interrupted.

It's been 7 years since Taishakuten—no, Simon—was reincarnated into this world filled with humans wielding powers that were far greater than that of their old gods, with a mission given to him from his beloved Ashura-oh. At first Simon didn't know what to make of the whole scenario and was trying to understand why he was the one here instead of someone else, until he recalled the foreseeable future Ashura-oh spoke of to him.

-FLASHBACK-

The last thing Taishakuten remembered before arriving in this strange white void was him taking his last breath and reminiscing about his life on his death bed before closing his eyes for what he thought would be the last time until he awoke here to see a human woman holding him in her arms, something that alarmed him immensely, seeing that he was centuries old. She looked exhausted, or at least she appeared to be with his blurry eyes and all that. She seemed to stare at him and then started to call him stuff that he was completely unrelated to. Turns out he had been born in a unique family, the father was able to manipulate electricity like he did and the mother couldn't do anything. It took him a while to find out his new name was Simon Kaminari, and he was sure he still retained all his powers, although he had been labelled as "quirkless", which literally meant "powerless", just like his new mother. When he was roughly five years old, his new mother gave birth to another boy, Denki, who had inherited his father's power, or "quirk" as they called it.

At the age of 10, Simon Kaminari heard his schoolteacher saying "If the Dawn never happened, we would still be suffering because of demons." With that, he could assume that the demons had been wiped out by all those powerful quirks.

At the age of 14, Simon Kaminari wanted to get into UA, as he thought becoming a "Pro Hero" could restore his status on top of the world(look at All Might!), but unfortunately, he got bullied by several quirk users who told him "you can't get into UA 'cuz you ain't got nuthin'". Then he was saved by the No. 12 Pro Hero, Flaming Death, who told him, "Pull yourself together, Taishakuten."

He recognized that voice anywhere.

Now wielding a mechanical scythe instead of Shuratou(which had been passed down to his child), it could be none other than the one and only Ashura-oh, the man whom he had once called rival, the one whom he had whispered to in his bedchamber when all others were sleeping. He wanted to feel that moment again.

"Ashura-oh, is that really you?"

"Of course it's me, Taishakuten, who the hell do you think I am?"

A small smile made it's way onto Simon's face before he stated, "You're using my catchphrase..."

"You've taken it back? Yes, I guess even insanity or death wasn't even able to take away that huge ego of yours, my general."

"Well, then, why am I here?

"Isn't it obvious, Simon?" Ashura-oh said, "The reason you're here is because you're about to be given a new destiny. The reason I'm here is to present that to you and see what your answer is and if you'll accept the mission."

"Well then, what is this so-called mission you're here to give me?" Simon stated.

"To guide and protect a new generation of heroes in a superhuman society."

"Why?" asked Simon.

"Because I believe in you, Simon. After I died, I watched you from afar. You were cruel. But it had to be done in a cruel manner. I couldn't have picked a better comrade to aid me. I thank you, truly. I could perhaps even learn to love you for that alone." The Guardian Warrior-turned-Pro Hero pulled out a sword that vaguely resembled a lance from behind his back. Raikoutou. "You'll need this, I found it in an antique shop."

Simon reached for the sword immediately. "I accept, my king, I'll become hope when there is none! I'll become the people's justice and if hell stands before me...WELL, WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK I AM?! WHAT'S HELL WHEN I HAVE A SWORD THAT WILL SHRED THE HEAVENS?!" he yelled. He was once again the loser he was all those centuries ago.

-END FLASHBACK-

The moment 21-year-old Simon arrived at the front door of his house, he felt that something was off it was if his home was flooded by sadness and dread in all of his time spent living here it had never once felt like this. On any other day he'd feel happiness and joy radiating from his home when he would walk through the door, his mother Mirai Kaminari would always welcome him home with a kind smile on her face, then immediately start to have a heart attack for even the tiniest cut he would have on his face while his younger brother Denki would usually greet him with a smile so bright he swears that someone suddenly plugged in ten lamps into the room.

For a moment his legs stood motionless in front of the door until he reached up and grabbed the doorknob, twisting it slowly as he entered his home, he noticed that everything seems to be where it should be as he's glancing around the living room, only to hear a voice coming from down the hall, the sight that met his eyes wa his mother who looked like she's ready to burst out crying with unshed tears on her face, trying to talk to what he would assume be his younger brother behind a door.

"D...Denki, honey, know this is hard for you b-but I know that we'll get through this together so p-p-please just open the door for me" she asked but all she received was silence on the other end of the door.

At that point Simon had enough of listening, and walked straight up to his mother who jumped a little because she didn't notice him before know.

"Okaa-sama, whats going on?" he asked, a look of pure determination etched onto his face.

"S-Simon, dear, when did you get back home?" she asked,

"That's not the problem, what's going on, did something happen to Denki?"

His mother let out a sigh before she started explaining everything. It DEFINITELY had something to do with the No. 2 Pro Hero, Endeavor, who Denki had a crush on for a long time.

"Hey, Denki, it's me, Simon, can I come in?" he asked. "Don't worry, it's only me out here, right now Okaa-sama's in the living room...listen, Denki, I just want to talk. Just the two of us."

A choked gasp came from the other side of the door before a whisper of a voice broke out saying "I-I-It's open."

The moment Simon heard that, he gripped the doorknob turning it slowly as he entered the room, what met his gaze was an almost pitch black room with the only source of light being what looked to be like a computer screen playing a video of Endeavor on repeat as well as a chair that Simon could clearly tell Denki was sitting on, before he could say anything, the chair spun towards him so that it was facing him.

A crying Denki with tears streaming down from his eyes looked towards Simon with a look of absolute desperation planted on his face.

"S-S-Simon, do you know that guy with the half-cold, half-hot quirk in my class?"

"Todoroki? Why? What's wrong with him?"

"H-he's Endeavor's son."

That must've hit the poor boy hard in the guts, 'cause when there's a son, there's obviously a spouse. But Simon knew everything will be well, since he had gone through it all. He placed a hand on Denki's shoulder and began to tell him a story, the story of his past life with a few tweaks 'cause he didn't want to hurt his brother's feelings again.

The conversation between Simon and Ashura-oh(or Mr. Whatsisname since his new name is a SPOILER) is partially taken from Meronichan's fic Absence & Nothingness. I own neither RG Veda or My Hero Academia, though I do hope Horikoshi and the Clamp she-devils notice this and make a manga out of it.
