Tin was what he had lived by.

Now tin was where he would die.

Tin man.

He might have even laughed at the irony.

But watching a never-ending loop of your worst memories, while you're stuck inside a tin suit wasn't exactly the ideal setting for appreciating irony.

He hadn't gone crazy, though he should have by now.

He'd like to tell himself it was hope keeping him going, thoughts of his wife and son.

But his thoughts weren't on his family.

Only on him.

On Zero.

No hope.

Only the thirst for revenge.
