I just finished a 24-hour stream of only Apoc, and I feel so tired. I am quite surprised that there were a few viewers who managed to either watch the whole stream or most of it. The effects of G-Fuel is going away, so I should go to sleep now. As I lie down on the bed, I felt so sleepy.
I woke up to the fresh air and felt the soft grass under me. I suddenly jerked up and saw how different this world is. I noticed that my body was blocky, I had a Makarov and a flashlight on me, and along the bottom of my sight, I saw a health bar, a hunger and thirst bar, and a stamina bar. I thought that I played way too much Apoc which manifested into a dream, but this is too real to be a dream. I must be transferred over to Apoc, but I do not know which map is it though. I have no clue if I had an inventory or not, so I imagined an inventory which worked. This inventory is the exact same as the one in the game. I guess I should travel around to gather gear and find people.
I traveled to a familiar place, and it looked like the camp in Reborn. Great, I am in Reborn and traveling to cities will take forever. I managed to find a hiking pack, an SKS with 3 magazines, a CZ 75 with 2 mags to replace my Makarov, a combat knife, 2 blood bags, a compass, and a couple of foods and drinks. Now I think about it, how do I use blood bags to heal myself? I know I have to manually feed myself with foods and drinks instead of consuming it instantly like the game, but I guess I have to drink the blood to make it work. After I make a quick inventory check, I have to decide if I want to go west or south. I prefer south because I can visit military airfield to find better loot.
I have been following this road south for a while until I spotted a town. I thought I spotted someone, but it was a zombie. They will probably act like the game version of them with their pathfinding, but I will not risk it. I never used any of my guns so far, but I will use my CZ to kill this zombie. I aimed my CZ on the zombie's head and fired the shot to see the zombie drop dead. It was quite satisfying shooting a gun for the first time. I searched the small town to find some drinks and a map. I checked the map to confirm if I am in Reborn, and it was true. Even though I know where to go without using a map, I kept the map for safe keeping. I went back to the road and finally spotted military airfield.
