Okay this story is about the new OC I created that's on my profile. I will update Truth or Dare next! Please be patient! Enjoy!

(Naomi POV)

I sighed as I looked through the papers that covered most of my desk. It was just normal day at work with me sitting in my office looking through reports of recent extreme criminal cases while the members of my team wait for me to give them orders. Only today was a little a different.

Some of the members in my team begged me to place a few trinkets from my past on my desk since it was always plain compared to theirs the week before. So in order for them to get out of my hair I brought a framed photo of me and my cousin, Seiji Goto, to place on my desk. A wave of sadness hit my heart. I haven't seen him ever since I graduated from Harvard University which was 5 years ago. He's the only one I consider as family ever since my father died.

I felt tears in my eyes and I quickly wiped them away. I never got over my fathers death. On the day of my high school graduation I found him on the floor in the living room after the ceremony with multiple gunshot wounds on his body. The police said that it was a murder crime and I begged them to find evidence of his murderer. Sadly that investigation closed after several months of searching.

But I'm not like the police. I swore on that day I would find my fathers killer and make him pay for what he did. Seiji was at my side ever since we were kids and he promised to never leave me. I always considered him as an older brother like figure. We exchanged e-mails every week but we haven't seen each other in person for a while now.

"Commissioner Naomi?"

A voice snapped me out of my thoughts and I noticed my only friend, Kate Turner, standing in front of my desk with a concerned look on her face. I pushed my feelings aside and smiled at her.

"Yes Kate?" I asked with a simple formal tone in my voice.

"Well I was going to the Prime Ministers residence to explain to the Public Security Division officers about the update on their case and I was wondering if you wanted to come along. You're always here looking through those papers. You need to get out a little bit." She said as she peered questionly at me.

I thought about it for a moment. Public Security Division eh? That sounds interesting. I thought about it for moment before nodding my head towards Kate.

"That's wonderful! I can't wait to introduce you to the bodyguards!" She squealed excitedly as she grabbed my arm and pulled me out of my office.

"Kate Turner let go of my arm unless if you want to be ranked down." I ordered as I tried to get my arm out of her grasp.

"Yes ma'am." She squeaked as she finally released me.

In less than five minutes we were in her car driving to the residence. During the ride I questioned her about the bodyguards and the Public Security Division officers.

"So how are bodyguards like?" I asked as I looked out the window.

"They're pretty professional and good at their job. They argue with each other sometimes but they're a really good team." She said with a smile.

"And the Public Security Division officers?" I added as I straightened the silver butterfly clip on the back of my head.

"They're a very serious bunch but they always get the job done." She answered as the thought of Seiji went through my head.

Seiji had mentioned in one of his e-mails that he had become a member of a police force here but he never said which one and I never bothered to ask him about it. I chuckled to myself thinking that it would be funny to see him at the residence.

"Commissioner?"

Kate's voice snapped me out of thoughts and I noticed her staring at me with questionable look.

"Yes?" I asked as I turned to her.

"I was wondering about your past. You've been a member of the FBI for five years already and yet we don't know much about you. You know you can always tell me anything." She said as she peered at me curiously.

At the mention of my past I tensed up. Typical of Kate to ask me a personal question. But I wasn't ready to tell anyone about my past yet.

"I have nothing to say about it." I stated as I looked away.

"Alright but if you want to talk about it I'm always here." She said as I could feel her smiling from behind me.

"One more thing Kate. If you ever ask me about my past again I'll rank you down to a janitor, understand?" I warned as I looked at her with an angry face.

"Understood." She squeaked as we arrived at the residence.

After telling the guard who we were we went down a long hallway and stopped in front of a room. Kate quickly opened the door and we stepped in. Eight pairs of eyes were staring at us, mostly at me. A tall man with jet black hair and tan skin walked up to us.

"Kate it's good to see you. Are you here to give an update on the prime minster's case?" He asked as they shook hands.

"It's good to see you too Daichi and yes I'm here to give an update but also I want to introduce you all to my boss Commissioner Naomi Goto." I heard Kate say as she moved out of the way to reveal me and I quickly stepped forward bowing my head towards them.

"It's a pleasure to meet you all." I spoke as almost all of the men's eyes turned to one person.

Once I saw the person I couldn't stop the gasp from escaping my lips.

Because the man everyone was staring at was my cousin.
