-1Danny drives Lindsay home after a long day at work, the radio is playing making the tension building between them bearable. As the current song finishes they hear the DJ say that a request has come in and that he was asked to play the message, they suddenly hear a familiar voice coming out of the speakers, wait a minute that's Stella! They stare shocked as she says
"Hi I've requested this song for two of my co-workers because they are driving us all insane by not admitting to their feelings for each other," they look at each other and Lindsay tries not to blush " and also because we all drew straws which I obviously lost, by the way guys this wasn't my idea but we had to do something, sorry."
"So for the in love co - workers here's the song"
Let Me by Save Ferris starts filtering through the radio to Danny and Lindsay's ears. They sit together in a shocked silence both knowing that they other defiantly likes them, deep down they both knew it they just didn't want to admit it to each other or themselves and the song was hitting home as the words rang true.
Danny knew instinctively that it was all Flack's idea and he knew why the song was picked, Flack had caught him staring at Lindsay on more than one occasion he just wished that Flack had left it alone, Lindsay didn't know what to think all she knew was that the words made sense to her and she knew what she had to do. The song finished just as Danny stopped outside her apartment building so throwing caution into the wind she said:
"You want to come up"
"Sure"
Once inside she could feel the electricity that had always been there between them intensify just waiting for one of them to do or say something,
"Danny I think we need to talk"
As a reply he kisses her she has one rational thought left before Danny sweeps her up in his arms and heads towards her bedroom, to thank Flack and Stella in the morning. In the morning though she doesn't have to as the smiles and looks on their faces are enough thanks for Stella and Flack.
