Jon Arbuckle sighed as he stared at a blue wall, shaking his head as his eyes were narrowed. "You know, just once I would like to be able to do something with my life."
Silence.
Jon nodded his head as he spoke again. "Like, maybe if I could get some new friends... just maybe I would be able to make my life worth it." He closed his eyes as he moaned. "I don't think I can stomach being by myself anymore..."
Garfield folded his arms as he shook his head, standing in the doorway. "Poor Jon is talking to himself again..." Garfield pinpointed as Odie appeared, with Garfield turning his head to Odie. "Oh, hey you. Jon is making himself an insane lunatic yet again."
Odie barked as he tilted his head to the right, with Garfield moving his front paws about, answering him.
"Well, I'd like to answer him at every opportunistic moment, but..." Garfield trailed off as he chuckled quietly, pointing at Jon. "Seeing Jon like this is absolutely hilarious. You know what they say, Odie, less is more."
Garfield and Odie continued watching Jon acting weird as Jon continued staring at the wall, wondering if he would feel any better if he kept talking to himself.
