"Where's Akaya!"
"He might have overslept, Marui-kun."
"Hiro, even you know that it's too late for that."
"Too many variables..."
"Maybe he forgot?"
"Yeah right, Jackal, go run over there and remind him for us."
"Eh! Why me!"
"You're the one that suggested it."
The Rikkaidai tennis team regulars waited Yukimura's living room. They were supposed to have a Christmas gathering in Yukimura's home, except... a certain second year ace just hadn't appeared yet.
"Everyone be quiet! TARUNDORU!" yelled Sanada. Silence instantly fell on the now tense atmosphere.
"Now, now, Genichirou, calm down," said Yukimura calmly, putting his cellphone away. "Akaya is having some... issues at the moment. His mother said that he would come as soon as they're resolved."
"Pfft. Issues? Doesn't he always have those?" asked Niou while snickering.
"Niou-kun, that isn't a very nice thing to say," replied Yagyuu, being as gentlemanly as always.
"Well I say we all go to Akaya's house and help him solve his problems!" declared Marui.
Immediately, Marui, along with Niou, ran out of Yukimura's front door and headed straight to Akaya's home. "I think I'll also go," said Jackal. "I'm concerned about the problems he might be facing." Jackal left and followed the disaster trail of Marui and Niou.
"I guess I'll go too," said Yagyuu. "Though I'm more concerned about Jackal-kun's sanity for when he comes back than Akaya-kun's problems." Yagyuu's glasses glinted as he stepped out the front door.
Sanada cleared his throat. "May I ask what exactly the problem Akaya is facing at the moment?"
Yukimura smiled. "Well..."

The moment the Kirihara household became unbearably loud was the same moment Marui and Niou had entered the building. The two were greeted by none other than Akaya's mother. "You must be Akaya's friends," she said. "I'm Akaya's mother. I'm assuming you're here to help Akaya. He is upstairs in his room. Please, do anything you can to help him."
Marui and Niou nodded, and ran upstairs immediately. They heard whimpering coming from the far room, which assumed was Akaya's. They barged into the room and saw a petrified Akaya poking his head out of the blanket on his bed.
"Akaya, what happened?" asked a big-eyed Marui.
"Yeah brat, why haven't you come to Yukimura's yet?" demanded Niou.
"I... I..." Akaya was shaking violently. "I... I lost my... I lost..."
"You can tell them, Akaya," said Yukimura from behind. How did he get there, you ask? Easy. He was Yukimura.
"...h-hai..." said Akaya. He noticed that Jackal and Yagyuu were standing behind Yukimura.
"Go on..."
"I..." Akaya took a deep breath. "I lost my pants and I don't know what to do."
"..."
"Well, brat, I think I found them," said Niou, pulling out what looked like pants from his pocket. He tossed them to Akaya. "Merry Christmas, brat. You owe me."
"Niou-senpai... how did you even..."
And that's when everyone failed to notice the keys labeled "Kirihara household" dangling from Niou's belt.
