Daley: "It is time we talk about it."
Nathan: "It was kinda weird when Melissa blurted that out. I didn't want that to happen."
Daley: "Look, Nathan, don't worry about it. I know it was a big misunderstanding. I mean you and I together? I mean, c'mon, how awkward is that? We're like total opposites."
Nathan: "I don't think we're entirely-"
Daley: "I mean how could you possibly think that we would have feelings for one another I mean you're impulsive, you don't think, your headstrong, and random. I mean, that's just so not me. I could never be with someone like that."
Nathan: "Really?"
Daley: "No, Nathan… don't worry about it. I mean, I know you don't have feelings for me because there's no way I could have those feelings for you, right?"
Nathan: "R-right. Wow, that's a relief, I'm glad we finally got this settled."
Daley: "Yeah, me too. So uh…let's just…forget it ever happened, Okay?"
Nathan: "Yeah…Sure."
Daley walked away, looking glad she had finally gotten this out of the way. But inside she was screaming, "What did I just do?! I hurt the guy I love." She turned back, "Nathan!" she yelled.
He turned around, "Yeah?" he said, sounding angry and annoyed.
"Look, I'm really sorry."
"What?"
"I just completely lied. I really don't think you're impulsive and random and all those other things I said."
His angry face had completely gone away now, "Go on."
"The truth is I like you, and as more than just a friend."
There was a big grin on his face now. He looked at the bracelet he was fiddling with I his hands, "I made this for you," he said holding out the bracelet, "Happy Chilloween." She held out her hand and he slipped the bracelet on. They then hugged which soon turned into a passionate kiss.
"And to think I thought we shouldn't be a couple here," Daley thought.
"And to think I was mad at Melissa for spilling," Nathan thought.
"And to think we were enemies," they both thought at the same time. Of course, they didn't know it, though.
