warning: this is only the prolouge. the story will begin when i can be bothered to get off my butt and write it!

normal POV
Juuri stood facing her two daughters. She sighed, only having a certain amount of power she could not seal both girls vampire genes. There was only one thing she could do. Turning towards the two twin girls she smiled noticing that they were gripping each others hands, frightened.
"Yuozume, Yuuki, listen to me. I'm going to do something special for the both of you. Okay?" she turned towards the elder of the vampires and embraced the girl. She raised her hand against the girl's forehead and pressed her fingertips on the girls head.
"Goodnight Yuozume" she whispered as a purple light flashed under her fingers and the girl collapsed.
"Yuozume? Yuozume!" the younger twin yelled but was cut off by Juuri embracing her tightly
"Yuuki, I'm going to seal all your vampire genes and turn you into a human." the little girl- Yuuki – reached out to where Yuozume was.
"Mother, Yuozume is- and Kaname... but there's something scary outside!" she screamed
"If I use this spell... I cannot... be with you any more..." Juuri whispered...
it hurt to have to do this, to both of the girls. Yuozume's memories of Yuuki would be completely erased. She had to turn Yuuki into a human despite the fact that it would hurt Kaname more than if it were Yuozume. Yuuki was the youngest pureblood, therefore her blood was purest. Yuozume was stronger. She would grow up to be a strong worrier. Whilst Yuuki... all Juuri could do was hope that Kaien Cross would take care of her.
Juuri could feel the blood drip of her nose and onto Yuuki's head. Keeping a smile on her face she spoke softly.
"... but I'm so happy... I'm able to do this for you."
"Mother? Mummy?"
"I made this decision of my own volition. I don't want you to hate me... ah but... when you wake up, you wont remember anything..."
~ten years later~
~cross academy – midnight~
"So this is the place." a girl with long brown hair and wine coloured eyes walked through the large gate marking cross academy's grounds. She made her way over to the main building- the headmaster's quarters.
