Disclaimers 'n' crap: Haihai peeps! This is the part of the Crystal Odes collection where I write quick poems about people in the Alliance. Of course, this is mainly focused on characters who already exist, so you should recognize just about everyone. I don't own Jack or Pokémon but the character of Pichu (the character, not the Pokémon itself) is MINE. Just as everything else except the Twin Towers (moment of silence) is MINE. Enjoy.
An Ode To Pichu
I had raised you from an egg and when you hatched I knew
That there was some unique bond of love 'tween me and you.
A little yellow Pokémon who stood just 1ft. tall,
Would turn out to be my most lovable one of all.
You matured quite quickly for someone of your size,
That just a few years later, you liked porn to my surprise.
You're mostly over that now, but you still have your friends.
Me and Jack all the rest are with you till the end.
We almost lost you that day when the Twin Towers fell.
You're still alive but don't take jokes about it very well.
Pichu, you're the greatest 'mon on planet E-Max.
And you don't fight rough battles now, so you can just relax.
When The Crystal Journeys was first coming together, I went between several "outer Pokémon" before I finally came to Pichu and, well, the character stuck. She doesn't see as much action as she used to, but she still pops up frequently. Thanx, little buddy : )
