A sinner and a liar

I always thought you were …

   An angel from above

You brought a smile to my face

  

 I watched the blood

    Flow from you

I couldn't move or breathe.

Everything was falling

  My dreams and yours

Our future

  My heart and your body

I was left kneeling

  Staring at your lifeless form.

He came and I was changed forever

The scars my body suffered

  No longer human

With an empty heart

Behind the mask I hide.

  My smile shelters me from facing the truths

Of who I am.

A sinner and a liar.

****Ok that was a little more poemish then I planned upon. ^_^;;;; The words just kinda popped into my head while I was trying to get some sleep! _   So I wrote it down, mostly in hopes of being able to sleep again. ^o^;;;
