Author's Notes: Thanks for those who kept encouraging me on, but I think this one shall be the last installment to my RK X-mas Carols series. I actually planned to stop at #5. If I ever do get the idea, be sure that I will put it up, but since I started writing a long RK fanfic instead (about time!), I will be mostly working on its chapters instead. Bakumatsu Clash
Rurouni, are you listening?
Saitou's here, his sword glistening.
A beautiful night,
For having a fight,
Finishing the Bakumatsu clash.
Gone away, is the killing,
Here to stay, is the healing.
He swings his dull blade,
In the green glade,
Finishing the Bakumatsu clash.
In the meadow suddenly came Sano,
Planning to just have a walk around.
He'll ask: Are you hungry?
They'll say: No man,
But let's go the Akabeko still.
Later on, they'll conspire,
As they sit, hearts on fire,
With a vial of sake,
And free food from Tae,
Thinking bout the Bakumatsu clash.
In the restaurant where they can contest,
With their cups of sake 'stead of swords.
Kenshin versus mugs with mister Wolf Man,
Until Sano knocks both of them down!
When they're drunk, ain't it thrilling?
Kenshin yells in he's singing.
And awfully off key, from what Sano sees,
While Saitou is sleeping like a babe.
Dreaming of his Bakumatsu clash.
Where his wolfy spirit can mad dash.
