Yuki once again left Shuichi for who knows what reason.
So now Shuichi was forced to sing at his concert. But it may do him good he made a song and of course dedicated it to his beloved Yuki! Hoping maybe Yuki can hear him wherever he may be.

As he was singing he remembered the night before where he couldn't sleep. Missing the warmth that was suppose to be beside him and how he cried himself to sleep. A trail of tears washed down his cheeks as he continued his song.

Eyes filled with tears for you.

From me that one unforgettable night.
I watched your back as you left the apartment that we shared. The moment you stepped out I felt that I would never see you again. I wanted to stop you but I could neither move nor talk. My heart shattered like glass like the song. The pain was just too much to bear.

Even considered on looking back.

Then he continued to his song back to its chorus. Hoping with all his heart that Yuki was listening.

As the song was about to finish more tears fell from his eyes. No sign of Yuki anywhere in the crowd. He felt like breaking down.
Just then he looked back stage and saw his beloved Yuki glaring at him. Before he could finish his song he leaped to Yuki who stumbled back from the attack that was just made. The lights centered at them as they kissed.
Just then Yuki broke the kiss and made eye contact and spoke.
"You might want to finish your song first brat."
So Shuichi continued the last line of his song but he did so without breaking eye contact with Yuki.
Only you can mend my shattered heart.
After
They were back in the apartment no questions asked. Shuichi didn't bother on asking why Yuki left in the first place he was just glad he was held in the arms he so much loved.
