A/N: A mini fanfic. I was wondering what Raven does when she's bored.
Raven is Bored
Raven was about to attempt another back-flip kick on the training dummy when she saw Nero enter the tactical cavern.
"Good morning, Natalya." He strolled up, hands clasped behind his back. "How are you doing?"
Raven didn't like the way he was assessing her. "I'm doing good… You?"
"Quite well, really. As you know, it's been a quiet few weeks in the world of G.L.O.V.E." He smirked. "Even Otto hasn't been making much trouble, if I dare say it out loud. But I'm aware that not having any missions might get a bit… tiresome for you, my dear."
"Don't worry about me." Raven quickly interjected. "It's nice to have a vacation sometimes."
Nero didn't look convinced. "It is indeed, but I was wondering if you'd appreciate some other task… We have a large amount of first years and I was thinking of asking Ms. Leon if she could use an assistant Stealth and Evasion teacher for the first few weeks of classes."
Raven sighed inwardly. What law of the universe stated that all the ideas Nero proposed to keep her from being bored had to be worse than the boredom itself? "I'm afraid that my personal training is occupying most of my time," she said.
Nero raised an eyebrow. "Back-flip kicks?"
Dang it. He saw that. "It's a… flexibility exercise."
"Well then, I won't keep you from your training." He turned and left.

Later that day, sprawled on the bed of her suite, Raven slammed her laptop shut. At this rate, she was going to run out of Jackie Chan movies.
She wondered idly about what Nero had said earlier. Otto had been unusually rules-abiding recently. That couldn't be a good sign. He must be up to something big.
Maybe she could stalk him. She should definitely stalk him. And possibly startle the living crap out of him if the unavoidable opportunity arose.
She rolled off her bed and hurried to get her mask.
