AN: Hi everyone! My Holiday present to you is an Akuroku FanFiction! Enjoy!
Disclaimer: I do not own the characters or the setting in the story. I do however own a few Santa hats.
A cloudless night like this, can set the spirit soaring; After a tiring day, the clockwork spectacle is impressive in a slightly boring eighteenth-century way.
Walk After Dark
Although Twilight town was famous for its sunsets, the lights lighting up the small town during Christmas time almost rivalled the town's' signature beauty. It was Christmas Eve and Roxas was waiting for his best friend Axel on their usual spot at the top of the clock tower. Soon enough Axel came by with … two hats. Two FUNNY looking hats. "What are those?" Roxas asked. A smile lit up the redheads face. "These," Axel said placing a hat on Roxas's and his own head," Are Santa hats!"
A blank yet questioning look was placed on the younger's face. "What's a Santa?" "Well," Axel explained," He's this big old fat guy who come and leaves you presents on Christmas eve while you're sleeping. You don't get presents if you've been bad though. He wears a red suit and-MMPH!" Roxas placed his hand over his friends mouth to silence him. The nobody looked like he was getting brain damage from talking.
The blond rolled his eyes. "Fat guy in red suit who gives presents. I get it." He removed his hand and Axel smiled wider, (if it was even possible to do so). He sat next to Roxas and blond noticed he was carrying something. It was a box wrapped in shiny paper with a bow on the top. Axel handed the box to Roxas. "Santa's not the only one who can give presents at Christmas. Go on, open it." Roxas unwrapped the present and pulled out a checkerd hat. "Cool! Thanks Axel." The younger then blushed as he realized he had nothing to give back.
"I don't have anything to give you, Axel" "that's ok. I'll take a little present of my own." He placed both hands on either side of Roxas's face and gently leaned in and kissed him. "Merry Christmas Roxas" He mumbled against the other's lips.
