Grace.
A deadly, predatory grace the only Loki possessed. He watched everything, a sort of terrifying aura of power, like a viper. You don't know or suspect danger until they strike.
Tony watched the raven haired sorcerer out of the corner of his eye. Loki was watching him, his dark green gaze never leaving the inventor. To escape the powerful gaze he dove into the pool.
Loki lay on a pool chair when Tony surfaced. He was watching Tony, his face devoid of watched Loki, and their eyes met the smallest of a fraction of a second. Loki's lip twitched like he wanted to smirk – a barely noticeable thing.
He stood and walked over to the edge of the deepest part of the pool. He closed his eyes and took a step forward, falling into the pool without even the smallest of ripples. He seemed to vanish.
Tony swam downward until he found the other sitting on the bottom of the pool. He looked upward at the distorted picture of the sky. The world seemed so very fake from their viewpoint.
Oxygen was something forgotten, and so is everything else in the world. Loki looked at Tony, and they kissed each other, lost in their own world. They had each other, and they were content.
Everything faded out of sight;a blur of nothing. The water around them is cold, but the other was so warm, and that was all they needed.
And so, as everything faded out of focus, they never noticed as they drowned. They never knew what they did until it was over. They never knew that they drowned each other, in themselves.
But they did know that they would surely die without the other.

I know that leather's mean
And love hurts
But I still remember that day we met
In December
Oh, baby
I will love you 'till the end of time
I would wait a million years

A/N: The song lyrics are from Lana Del Ray's Blue Jeans. I, personally, loved this. It was fun to write, and is my first official FrostIron Fic! I also just wanted to mention that I wrote this for the SS FrostIron tumblr contest. I encourage all of you to at least consider entering, because you get to see a bunch of different artists work, and many good pieces.
Keep reading, keep writing!
