Pity
He tries. He truly does. Whenever Sakura, Ino or any of his other fans bombard him with flowers and gifts and date offers, he tries to feel something. Something other than 'why do they bother?'
But he can't.
He doesn't know why this happens, after all, some of them are very attractive girls who could have practically any boy in the village. Yet they only want him.
He knows he is cold, even cruel sometimes to those girls. Yet they don't seem to notice, sending more gifts and asking him out more often, to his growing irritation.
They don't seem to realise that he doesn't like them, that he most likely won't ever like them.
Sasuke supposes he should pity them for this. But he can't.
