Note to increase word count:

I do not own Vocaloid. I only own the concept that is based on an event my friend experienced. But instead of a small, scrawny girl, it's Len! This applies for all chapters.

The day was a normal Saturday. Len and Rin practised in the hall and Kaito were talking to the ice cream lady. The others were either talking or eating.

Len stood on the practice stage and repeated the same lines in different tones to see which pitch fitted with the song. Rin repeatedly stopped him and told him what else to do.

"Okay! We can move onto the dance for it!" Rin cheered, she always loved watching Len flail around until she taught him what to do.

"Fine…" he moaned.

She hopped onto the stage and showed him the best way the move his legs for the beginning. Even if people thought he was a cute, flawless, perfect schoolboy idol he couldn't dance without Rin's help.

Len hopped and repeatedly failed the flick his ankles. 'Why me?' Len asked himself. He didn't understand why he had to dance but whenever other people sing they stand in one spot!

Len tried jumping but landed on the side of his foot. He fell. Closed his eyes in fear and bashed his head full force onto a few pole holding the stage up. He was out cold.

It turns out it wasn't a normal Saturday after all…

"His body is fragile as it is." the rough speech of the doctor mumbled; " he took a hard hit. So he'll be out for a bit."

"Will Len be ok?" Rin asked in desperation,

"Yes. However, there is a chance he would have lost bits of his memory. Names and most probably places."

Rin buried her face in her palms, Miku was behind her giving her a hug. Miku heard small sobs from the dainty girl.

Unlike everyone else, who was calm, Kaito bashed his fist against the wall growled something about Rin and stormed off. Before he left, Miku tried stopping him but Kaito turned around and whacked her, before racing away.

Kaito walked near the ice cream shop, he didn't mean to. It was a natural instinct. As much as he hated it, Kaito was crying.

"Kaito! Nice to see you!" he recognized the ice cream lady's voice "do you have a moment?"

She seemed joyful. Kaito turned around and looked at her. He then nodded.

"Oh Kaito what happened?" she looked at him sympathetically, the lady was quick to notice the tears that stained his cheeks.

He whimpered and said; "I-I don't want to talk about it." The hand he hit Miku with was shaking as he spoke. The nice lady told him there were some new ice cream flavours he should try, and let him inside. The ice cream would cheer him up.

Miku was crying because of what Kaito did to her. Meiko tutted to herself and drunk a bit of saké. She knew where Kaito was and couldn't be bothered to get him.

The whimpers of Miku were covered by the heavy breathing of Len. He was in his yellow bed that was tucked away in the corner of the room. Normally he preferred sleeping on the beanbags. Unlike most people, he found it comfortable.

On the floor, were dolls of cats. He seemed to love cats with a passion. A real cat ( Len and Rin's pet) curled up in Len's beanbag. It took advantage if the situation.
