Disclaimer: I don't own Pokmon. Wish I did, but I don't. *sighs*
Note: Okay, this is my first fic here. I've co-written another fic, which won best in category, but I don't know if I'll post it here yet... I can't believe I'm actually posting this..._
She ran. She didn't care where she went, she just ran. Into the night as black as the Abyss, past the curious eyes of Noctowl and Nyuras, past the lights of Viridian City. Yet she knew
why she ran.
Tears streamed down her face as the painful memories of the past few months swept through
her mind. She didn't know when he started to become distant from her. She had brushed it off as stress from the Gym; no need to worry. But she was wrong. He became more and more obsessed with it, and before she knew it, it was found to be corrupt -- he became corrupt. But how? She soon decided to investigate it herself. She had slipped past the security one night, padding off for his office. She found it and listened from outside, where she heard him discussing with others over a mysterious project that had nothing at all to do with the gym...nothing good... And it went downhill from there. He became more and more distant from her; though somehow she knew he still loved her, yet the darkness that consumed him buried it deep in his soul. And just recently, she had found out she was pregnant with his child. She decided to with-hold this information from him, for reasons even she didn't know just yet.
She knew when his mother stepped down as Team Rocket's Boss, and when he become Boss. He then showed her Team Rocket HQ, and that's when she knew she ahd to leave, even if she still loved him, for leaving was all her love for him allowed her. She slipped out, taking some money, gone as he slept.
It began to rain as she stumbled past Pallet Town city limits. She looked around in a daze, and spotted the familiar shape of her hero, Prof. Oak's, laboratory. Perhaps he could help her out. She ran towards it, hoping for safety at last.
OMG, that ending absolutely sucked. _ I can't believe I actually....*smacks my face* Well, I had to end it somewhere, or else it'd end up a novel....o_O() Not like the one I'm writing....Okay, these are sort of...viginettes, you could say. I decided to write this one third person, because I can NOT do fics from Delia's POV. But, if I get good reviews, I'll do one on Giovanni's POV, and first person. *grins* I adore the guy, and I like the dark side, so it'll be easier on me. Okay. Enough of my rambles. ENJOY, Brock's Accomplice! And everyone else! _
