A surprise
Doctor's POV
He racked his brains for a destination. It was almost Christmas and he wanted to give [y/n] a present. But [y/n] had seen aliens, different planets and galaxies. I can take [y/n] to the Eiffel tower but that would seem like a date. The TARDIS whirred a suggestion. ''Thanks girl, I'll take her there.'' He said to the TARDIS.
[y/n] POV
It was just another day in the blue box. Sure, it was great getting to see planets and all that stuff but some days the Doctor had no idea where to take you. It was just another regular day. Your [e/c] stood out as you picked an outfit to wear. It was chilly outside so you picked the modern day jeans and long sleeved-striped blue shirt. You also picked a black jacket with white fur lining. It was a present from the Doctor for her birthday (which you didn't remember telling him). You pulled on your socks, put on your boots as you brushed your [h/c] hair. You headed to the console room where the Doctor was.
Doctor's POV
He landed the TARDIS on one of the planets in the Medusa constellation. He knew that [y/n] liked the stars and constellations. There was also a big market where they sold stuff. He knew you liked cute stuff. ''Hi [y/n]'' as he noticed you walk in. He felt slight warmth in his cheeks and he fought to hide it. ''So, you want to take a look outside or what?'' Seeing the eager look in your eyes, he held the door out for you.
[Y/N] POV
You let out a gasp. It looked so pretty, there where stars in the sky, bright ones, dim ones, shooting stars and occasionally bright blue/green lights in the sky, flickering on and off. You pulled the Doctor into a hug. You whispered a ''Thank you'' in his ear. You didn't see it, but the doctor smiled. He whispered ''Merry Christmas'' You responded with the same thing. Pulling away from the hug, he took your hand in his. ''So…. You want something?'' he pulled out a card with a smile and held it up.
''I thought you never carried money'' you said as your boots made the crunch sound in the snow.
''I can always go back and give myself money'' the doctor joked.
As you walked down the path, you saw markets selling trinkets of cute little things and items. ''Wait here [y/n]'' he said as he walked away, leaving you alone on the
bench to stare and admire the stars in the sky. A few minutes (or so) he was back with something in his hand. ''Here... it's a present.'' In his hand was a necklace with the TARDIS key on a chain. The Doctor has also given you a pretty silver watch imbedded with aquamarine gemstones around the clock. ''Thank you, Doctor'' You had to give him something else... Standing up, you kissed him on the lips. You saw the love in his eyes as you kissed him. It was your first kiss with your Doctor, your one and only doctor...And you knew that you loved him and he loved you back
