Unexpected
Raven paused as she was leaving the Slytherin common room, giving a short nod to Malfoy as he stepped through the portrait.
"Draco."
"Roth." He returned, giving her a nod of his own.
Raven continued on her way, then stopped as a hand wrapped around her arm.
"I suggest you release me. Now."
"Why should I?"
Raven turned to him with glowing eyes, "Because it isn't wise to make me angry."
Malfoy smirked, but none-the-less let go of her arm. "Ah yes, the Parkinson incident. Everyone was quite surprised you didn't get expelled for that, you know. Especially since she's yet to come out of the Hospital Wing."
"She made one of my friends cry. She deserved what she got."
"And the Mudblood deserved any insults she got. No matter how much they hurt her."
He expected her to tear into him for that, just as she'd done Pansy. What he didn't expect was for her to turn to him with a smirk worthy of any true Slytherin.
"Do you really think of her like that?"
"Of course. What else would I think of her as?"
Raven's smirk widened as she leaned closer to the Malfoy heir.
"You're forgetting, Draco, that I'm empathic, and have telepathic abilities on top of that. I know your desires, I know what name you call out in your most passionate dreams, and I know how you stare at her when you think no one's watching."
She turned from his gaping exterior to continue out the portrait hole, pausing in its archway to deliver one last shot.
"She may be dirt to you, Draco. But you're the one who wants to roll in it."
And she continued on her way.
A/N: Weird, I know, but I just had to write this. To begin answering your questions, yes the Raven in this drabble is the one from Teen Titans. Her and the rest of the Titans group came to Hogwarts in the Seventh year to help with the fight against Voldemort. Raven's a Slytherin because, quiet frankly, I can't see her in Gryffindor or any of the other houses. She and the Titans are best friends with the Golden Trio, but Raven is especially close to Hermione, thus her protectiveness of her (note: she seriously hurt Parkinson for her).
