A/N Hi! This is just a oneshot I thought up, and I hope you like it!

Approximately... 10 minutes?

Shaking his head and lifting his gaze back up to the window, Yuuri cradled his warm cup of cocoa and pulled the pile of blankets on top of him closer. Somehow, this isn't as satisfying as Victor's hugs. He shook his head again. God, he was so lovesick.

Winter had always been the couple's favourite season, mesmerized by the sparkling of the freshly fallen snow and cold charm it brought with it. One thing they didn't agree with, however, was a way to have fun in this frosty season. While Yuuri's ideals of admiration from afar, snuggled up warm by the fire weren't exactly opposed by Victor, the Russian preferred to be out in the snow, bundled up while they hurled snowballs at each other. Learning quickly how anti-cuddling Yuuri was when he had a cold, they devised the mutual agreement that Victor was to be the one who ventured out into the snow that had been hammering down for a week to retrieve 'supplies'. The problem for Yuuri was that he not only worried about Victor but also found that Makkachin was sadly not an equivalent substitutional hugging partner.

Groaning, Yuuri buried his face into Makkachin's fur and closed his eyes. When would this snow stop? Being cooped up indoors was becoming insufferable, especially when Victor wasn't there.

"I wonder where he is" Yuuri muttered. "Swear he should be back by-"

"Yuuri!" As if on cue, the flamboyant man almost threw open the door before stamping his snow covered boots and shrugging off his winter- wear, temporarily dropping the groceries on the kitchen floor.

"Victor!" jumping in his spot on the sofa, Yuuri looked up to see his smiling fiancée kick off his shoes and practically jump on him. "Agh! You're freezing!"

"But you're so warm!" Yuuri shivered as Victor buried his face into his neck. "And I'm tired"

"Here then" tossing a blanket over them both and shifting into a more comfortable position, Yuuri handed Victor a mug full of a sweet, chocolatey beverage, which he gladly accepted. Turning to watch the snow fall again, Yuuri decided that he wouldn't mind if it carried on for another few days.

"Yuuri" suddenly Victor's face was seemingly inches away from his and the silence seemed deafening. "put down your mug for a second" Complying hesitantly, a pink tinge rose to Yuuri's cheeks, then all of a sudden Victor was kissing him, and although it wasn't a new feeling, the taste of chocolate seemed so wholesomely more interesting and the burn on Yuuri's cheeks was flaring a little. The sudden contact was quite a pleasant surprise and Victor's lips are so warm that his cold fingertips and nose are just forgotten in the moment.
