"GAHHH! WHY'S IT SO COLD OUTSIDE?"
"It's called 'winter', idiot! Besides, it's not that bad."
"It's 'cause you're an ice wielder... and go put some pants on!"
"You wanna go?"
Kinomi turned around from her seat at the bar to glance at the entrance to Fairy Tail, "Natsu and Gray are at it again, aren't they?"
Mirajane giggled, "It wouldn't be them if they weren't."
She sighed, "Oi, Natsu!" she shouted lazily. "It'll be warmer if you came inside, you know!"
In an instant, Natsu was sitting beside her, teeth chattering, and hugging her arm for dear life. She blinked, "Geez, if you're really that cold, go eat something warm."
"Oh, that's not a bad idea, Ki-chan!" He grinned before leaping up from his seat.
Kinomi rested her back on the counter and rested her elbows on it, "What am I going to do with that boy?"
Suddenly, the familiar warmness was gone, and replaced by the aching cold. "Maybe start by disciplining him?" Mirajane suggested.
"Why?"
Before Mirajane could answer, the entire guild was in an uproar.
"Natsu! What was that for?"
"Don't eat the damn fire!"
"What the hell are we suppose to do now?"
Mirajane smiled, "Ah, there's your answer, Ki-chan."
Kinomi stood up and calmly walked to Natsu, who was sighed happily in content. She grasped him by the collar and shook him roughly, "When I said 'eat something warm', I didn't mean the fire from the fireplace, Natsu!"
Well I posted this as a chapter to my winter challenge on quizilla and was thinking "why not post it to FF too?" since i haven't uploaded anything in a while :)
And I was gonna replace the OC with Lucy, but I'll be honest... I'm not that exactly fond of her xD So I just took Kinomi from my Renji story... which i need to post a new chapter to soooooon!
