Her voice is like an angels. The first time I seen her she poured coffee on me but I knew there was something I liked about her. She is always smiling and there when I need her. That's ehy when Jade and I broke up I was going to ask her out but something stopped me. Fear. I hear running feet behind me and when I turn Tori jumps into my arms.
"Your never gonna guess what!" She sqweels.
"What?" I laugh a little.
"I got into juliard this coming up year I was excepted and I can't wait for this."
My whole stomach freezes over. I don't know why I thought she'd always be here. That i'd have all the time in the world to tell her how I feel.
"Beck are you here? Hello." She looks at me and I let her drop out of my arms.
"Yeah, umm I just remembered I have to be home like right now for a family thing." The words come out of mouth in such a rush. I grab my bag and run out of Hollywood Arts. I make it to my car and let out a scream. I crank up the car and pull out.
I make it home and walk into my camper and Tori sits on my bed.
"What are you doing here." I say.
"I know something is wrong. You normally don't just storm out of a place like that and when I told you I got accepted you sort of just broke down. Please talk to me. " She pleads.
I throw my bookbag on the couch.
"It's nothing really I just didn't feel good, and have a family thing later."
I sit down next to her and feel her happiness radiating off of her.
"Beck I know you what is going on. You haven't been this upset since Jade and you broke up." She lays her hand on mine and it makes it all hurt even worse.
As I look around I remember when we were stuck in here on the beach and have to stiffle my laughter.
"Remember when we went to the beach and got trapped in here?" I ask.
She laughs and nodds.
"It was so hot and Cat just wasn't hurrying. Trina had that water the whole time." She laughs as she talks.
"Tori are you truly going to be happy going to Juliard?" I ask.
"Yeah, why?" She ask. My throat feels like it is closing up and I can't breathe.
"Well I need to tell you something and I don't want you to get mad because it's a horrible time. I have always liked you."
She leans close to me and kisses me. I don't hesitate I turn and get a better angle. I reach up and cup her face. She breaks away and looks at me.
"Why the fuck hadn't you told me before." She says.
"Fear." I say.
I bring my lips back to hers and kiss her again. We stayed there all night kissing and talking. I guess you could say I kicked fear's ass.
