Prologue:The tabby she cat stepped out from behind a rock. "You came" the black tom looked up gruffly. "Of course" she answered. The she cat smelled of rabbits and moor. "What's this revenge you're talking about?" she asked, narrowing her gaze. "It's about Lionblaze" the tom whispered, flicking his tail. The she cat's gaze wavered in memories. "He's had some kits recently" He spat. Her icy gaze reached his face. She growled in jealously. "But, I think we should give them a visit..." he continued, jumping onto a rock. "How, Mousebain? Walk into their camp and ASK them?" the she cat growled. The tom's gaze raked her. "No..., through claw and tooth" He answered. They both smiled. "Let's get planning." He said, beckoning her with his tail. Revenge was on its way.
Dawnkit's p.o.v
"STOP, stop!" Dawnkit squealed as her two brothers, Badgerkit and Branchkit toppled her over. They rolled around on the ground until they hit something. All three looked up. Ivypool looked down at them. "Tell us a story!" Badgerkit and Branchkit said in unison."Well I'm sorry kits but I have to go on a border patrol" Ivypool answered as she bounded off. Mouse dung! Dawnkit thought as her brothers scampered away. Dawnkit looked around camp. Thunderclan was HUGE! Her mother Cinderheart, and father Lionblaze, were sharing a vole together. Sandstorm and Graystripe were sharing stories with Badgerkit and Branchkit, and Dovewing and Whitewing were sharing tongues. She then looked at the medicine den. Quietly, she sat by the edge on the outside of the den. She swiveled her ears to make out faint mews. "...Briarlight, this is borage, it helps with nursing queens and fever." That was Jayfeather! She listened some more. "...Jayfeather, you know you want an apprentice, but not me,.." She went on. "now, I know you can manage on your own, but you could use some help, plus, there is a new batch of kits, isn't there? Dawnkit scampered away. Her tail was so high in the air she lost her balance and fell. A medicine cat! she thought. Wow! Her belly rumbled. As almost an answer to a command, a hunting patrol made up of Squirrelflight, Berrynose, Birchfall, and his apprentice Amberpaw, came rustling through the bramble opening. She watched as they set their prey down and the clan start to appear out of their dens. She walked up and grabbed three small mice for her and her brothers. "ngggh nggh" She grunted at the effort of pulling the mice. When she was almost at her brothers, she stumbled on her feet and fell on her chin. Her gray and white tabby pelt began to turn brown. Suddenly, her feet lifted off the ground. She looked around and saw Lionblaze carrying her. "You know they shouldn't let you carry all the food, you might make it so dirty, that they'll turn it down. " He chuckled and set her down by her brothers. Badgerkit looked a lot like Lionblaze, except that the tip of his tail was gray. Branchkit had a faded amber coat of fur and a gray underbelly. He had blue eyes like Cinderheart. Dawnkit, looking most like Cinderheart, had a gray and white tabby pelt. She had lighter blue eyes than her mother.
