After you've been trapped in a game for as long as I have, you learn some things.
Like for instance, getting sick off of raw chicken really, really sucks.
Or, if you die, you dont die, you wake up, in a new area, with nothing, and its impossible to find your gear back.
I have got really good at building houses, my favorite being log cabins, they have such a rustic and warm feeling to them. it reminds me of a home i have started to forget.
My name is Chris Arnett, and this is my life.
I am trapped in Minecraft
"SHITSHITSHIT!" I yelled as I tumbled over the edge of the cliff. I felt no pain when I hit the ground. because I instantly was sent to the Void, or that thing that happens when you "respawn" or whatever.
'Dammit' I thought as I opened my eyes to my new surroundings. An ocean sprawled out behind me, and a long sandy beach went about thirty yards ahead of me befor hittinga small prairie, and after that there was a large forest. and wayyy off in the distance, was a mountain. I set to work quickly building my house
By nightfall, I had built a fairly nice log cabin, with a kitchen/dining room, a greatroom with a large fireplace, and two bedrooms, I have no idea why I put extra bedroom, it just felt right. Satisfied, I went over to the fireplace and started a nice fire and retired to my bed. Just as I closed my eyes a Human scream ripped through my house. I grabbed my stone sword ( I named it Solice) and flew out the front door and down the beachfront.
What I saw next made me stop dead.
A girl my age was floundering in the river, trying to escape a squid that was acting oddly hostile, before I realized it she was sucked under the crystal clear water. I started sprinting up a small hill and jumped, Solice raised above my head. crashing into the water, My blade sliced through the Squids tenticals, freeing the thrashing girl. I stabbed the creatures body, and it disappeared in a puff of bubbles, and in its place was an ink sack. Puting my sword and loot in my backpack, I picked the girl up and started carrying her shivering form to my house.
Once we got to the grasslands, the girl started sobbing hysterically and trying to push herself away from me "LEAVE ME ALONE!" the girl screamed starting to run towards the forest.
"Hey! dont run! I'm not a monster!" i said grabbing her arm,"I'm trying to get you to freaking safety, because you will die out here if you dont come with me." I looked at her with calm eyes.
"You promise your not gonna try to kill me?" she said, eyes narrowed in fear.
"I swear"
"Lead the way then." she said.
The walk to the cabin was short, as I expected. "hang on, I need to grab something." I said, closing the door to my house.
"Okay" the girl said as she went over to warm infront of the fire. I finally got a good look at her. She was slightly shortyer than me, had shoulder-length brown hair, and bright blue eyes. She was wearing a white sundress.
I went to my room and grabbed a couple of leather pelts and went back out to the greatroom.
"You can sleep in my bed tonight if you want. In the moring I'll go make you a bed." I said stretching out onto the couch.
"Thank you..." the girl said "whats your name, anyways?"
"Chris." I said, laying on my side "Whats yours?"
"Natalie, thank you for saving me." she said. Without another word Natalie walked to my room and closed the door.
'This is all sorts of screwy' I thought to myself as I drifted to sleep.
Sorry for any spelling errors, its about 1:30 A.M where I'm at. please review.
