Rather Cute
"Harry, what's happened to Ron recently?"
"What do you mean?" Harry asked, staring down into his Transfiguration book.
"I mean, he's been so... nice recently, it's creepy" Hermione giggled, writing a few words onto her parchment.
"He's a creepy bloke at times" Harry grinned as Hermione nudged him, playfully.
"He let me stun him when we did our DA meetings, I mean... who would let anyone do that?"
"Ron would" Harry laughed. "It's obvious he likes you, Hermione"
"Oh don't be ridiculous"
"I'm not a Boggart you know" Harry chuckled. "Seriously, can't you tell he likes you?"
"He doesn't Harry, I have a feeling he likes..." Hermione trailed off, blushing.
"Likes who?"
"Er..."
"Who?"
"Luna"
Harry burst into fits of laughter, nearly falling off his chair at one point, but stopped when he noticed "The Hermione" look.
"Im serious!"
"Oh come off it, he's only nice to her because no-one else is!" Harry continued to laugh.
"True..." Hermione smiled slightly.
"Hey, you two" a voice came from behind them, which caused Hermione to jump.
Ron sat down beside her, grinning broadly and taking a book from next to Harry.
"Is everyone ok to go to the next meeting?" Harry whispered almost inaudiably.
"Yeah, all sorted mate!" Ron beamed, glancing at Hermione.
"Great job, Ron" Hermione smiled sweetly, causing Ron to blush and look away.
"Look, I hope you don't mind but I'm knackered" Ron said, getting up.
"Not at all" Harry laughed, winking at Hermione.
"Goodnight, Ronald"
"Night 'Mione" Ron smiled, and walked up to the dormitory steps, tripping on one as he glanced around to wave at them both.
When he left, Harry raised his eyebrows at Hermione who looked down, blushing furiously but giggling all the same.
"Now do you believe me, Hermione?" Harry smirked, getting up to leave.
"Oh shut up" Hermione giggled and nodded. "I believe you"
"Good, I was planning to make a bet if he really didn't" Harry laughed and leaned on his chair. "Do you like him?"
"Well..." Hermione blushed and smiled. "He is rather cute..."
"AHEM" Harry laughed. "Do you like him?"
"Oh... well..." Harry raised his eyebrows again. "Yes, I like him"
"Haha!" Harry chuckled and skipped up a few steps to his dorm.
"Harry!"
"Yeah?" Harry turned around, with a large grin on his face.
"Goodnight!" Hermione smiled, waving at him.
"Goodnight, Mrs Weasley" Harry teased, and walked up the steps.
"Shut up" Hermione giggled sweetly.
Mrs Weasley... Has a ring to it... Hermione thought.
