I don't own Bleach, sadly.

Yay! My second ever fanfic. It's really short because it's from a three panel long comic I drew a while ago.

Urahara: Yayz! A fanfic about me!

Me: Yep.

Urahara: Is it some epic, 30 chapter long adventure, in which I am the hero?

Me: Nope. It's less than 150 words, and you're not really the hero.

Urahara: Oh. L

(Anyway… enjoy!)

Urahara's Loss

Renji was freeloading off Urahara. Again. He couldn't even remember why he liked the place, but for some reason this was where he always stayed when he had to go to the Real World. Renji looked around. Where was everyone?

Suddenly, there came a wail from the other room. Concerned, Renji followed the noise until he came to a closed door, from which came unmistakably Urahara's voice, but he was whimpering.

"It's useless! Without her I'm nothing but a stupid old shopkeeper who can't keep his nose out of other people's business. When she's not with me I have no flare! No charisma! No poetic licence! If only…"

"Sorry to barge in, Urahara-san, but what's going on?" asked a very confused Renji, popping his head round the door.

"Sheila's gone!" moaned Urahara, dropping to his hands and knees.

"Sheila? Who the hell is Sheila?"

"My hat!"

Yep. That's it. Sorry it's so short, (I think my authors note may actually be longer than the real thing) but please review anyway! Urahara will love whoever reviews forever!
