"AVADA KEDAVRA!"
With those words, Harry Potter's last guardian slumped to the ground. Voldemort stepped over the corpse, triumphant.
"And now, Potter, it's just you and me," the Dark Lord hissed. "And dear me, it seems your wand is broken."
The blow came from below, striking Voldemort's arm and sending his wand flying. Potter automatically extended his hand and caught the wand. An experimental swish and flick manifested a miniature rainbow. But Voldemort's attention was elsewhere.
"No! I killed you!" he cried as the man he just killed rose from the ground.
"You're supposed to be a 'great Wizard'," Angel growled at him. "Don't you know that death curses don't work too well on the undead?"
