Long ago in the time before the nine roamed free the gods came together and decided to pool all of their knowledge and power into an object. The gods of Creation, Death, and Life created an Stone that could call back any soul and bend them to the users will.
Naruto Uzumaki has stumbled across a magnificent door hidden behind the hokage mountain. As Naruto walks up to the door he notices carvings around the edges depicting a stone surrounded by what looked like puppets or bodies." What the hell is this doing here"; Naruto said as he reached for the handle, turning it and walking inside he was greeted by total darkness. "Gah what the hell I can't see anything, Hmm maybe if I channel chakra into my hands I can make some light". As Naruto channeled chakra into his hand it started to glow spread it revealed a chamber with a pedestal with the orb from the carvings on it surrounded by doors. "Wow look at this place it must have been here for a long time I wonder if anyone would be mad if I took this stone" as Naruto reached out and touched the stone he fell back and blacked out.
