Hi! So, this is my first story ever, and I'd appreciate any reviews or tips and advice anyone is willing to give. The main 4 characters are my own- I was going to attempt this story on another website but ended up having to drop it. I'm very excited to bring it to life here! The prologue is a little short, but please, ENJOY!

Platform nine and three-quarters was bustling again with the start of a new term as witches and wizards gathered to send their children off to Hogwarts. Making a path through the crowd, two carts whizzed along loaded with trunks and four siblings. The tallest, a blonde boy with a grin on his face, was pushing one of the carts with one foot while balancing on the back of with the other, much to the delight of his sister, her pig-tailed braids flowing behind her as they sped forward. A Barn owl flew along behind them, it's open cage swinging precariously to one side of the cart. Clinging for dear life beside the girl was a tabby cat, nails dug in on the trunks.

Following behind at a more leisurely pace were the two other siblings. A shorter boy with a wavy auburn mop of hair on his head was pushing the cart, a black cat draped across his shoulders. Perched on the front of the cart was his other sister, a pale girl with silvery blonde hair and a regal expression, even for one so young. In her lap was the cage housing her black tipped Scops owl, his demeanor as calm and placid as his owners.

Calling behind, the blonde glanced over his shoulder, "Hurry up, Garnet! We'll miss the train!" The smaller boy rolled his eyes, not stepping up his pace in the slightest. He shared his siblings excitement but not his exuberance.

"Relax, Aiden. If we go any faster, it will ruin Orion's feathers," Eirwen, the pale sister, called, gently stroking her owl's wings.

The last of the quadruplets, for that's what these odd siblings were, turned to face her speeding brother. "We won't miss the train, silly! It's not even fully loaded yet!"

Aiden sighed, though he did not slow down. He flashed another smile to his sister Dahlia, who scooped up her quaking cat as they neared an open door to the train. Garnet and Eirwen came up beside their siblings, gathering their things. This close to the train, the excitement of this moment was evident in their eyes. With a shared smile to one another, they piled onto the Hogwarts Express for the very first time.
