Hello Everyone, I'm going to write my first Dinosaur King Fanfic! Please go easy, I know the title sucks, but I promise to make it up later on. Now then, this is during Ninja Nightmare, when Rex mentions to Zoe how beautiful she looked in her ninja garbs, but what if the two do something while they waited for Max? It's short, but I'll do longer stories later, okay? Disclaimer: I don't own Dinosaur King. *starts sobbing*
After the competition, Rex had just changed into his regular outfit and was waiting for Max to arrive with his prize he had won. While waiting, he was thinking of what he said before the competition. He mentions out loud that he thought Zoe was beautiful in her outfit, it's been on his mind ever since. 'Ugh! Why am I such an idiot! Now she'll never like me!' He thought to himself.
Then Rex feels someone tapping on his shoulder, he turns to see Zoe right behind him. Rex jumped a few feet back startled and surprised, he then blushed a light pink as he stutters, "Oh, uh…h-hi Zoe, I-I didn't realize it was you." Zoe smiled a bit as she giggles, catching Rex off guard. Rex thought Zoe was mad at him for his comment he made earlier, but instead he see her smiling and giggling at the same time. Then silence dawned on them for a few minutes while Paris and Ace were playing.
Then Zoe finally breaks the silence by saying, "Rex, I want to talk to you about what happened earlier. When you commented on me in the ninja suit, follow me." Rex blushed even redder as he follows Zoe into one of the buildings along with Ace and Paris. Then Zoe closes the door locking the two in together. "Listen Rex, that comment that you said about me…" Zoe said as Rex started to sweat a bit looking quite nervous, Rex then stutters quickly, "Zoe I'm terribly sorry for saying that out loud, I thought I was doing in my head, but it must have slipped out of my mouth. Zoe I'll never do it again, but please don't hate me!" Rex thought she was going to throw a tantrum or hit him up-side the head or something to make him feel pain. But instead, Zoe says to him, "Rex, I thought it was lovely." Rex looked at Zoe all confused as he asks her, "B-But I thought you were going to yell at me?" Zoe shook her head as she walks up to Rex until they're both face to face. Then Zoe says, "Rex, I may boss you and Max around. But, the one thing I won't do to you is hate you. Rex, I love you." Then both were blushing madly. Rex was really happy, shocked, and confused at the same time, he never expected Zoe to love him back. Then Rex makes a bold move, he cups Zoe's cheek and pulls her into a passionate kiss. Ace and Paris watched as the two teammates kiss for the first time. Zoe then returns the kiss as she puts her arms around Rex's neck, and while Rex puts one hand on her back and the other on her cheek. After a few minutes, the two then began to French kiss. Then after about six minutes of making out, Rex chuckled a bit as he asks, "So does this mean we're a couple now?" "Yes, yes it does." Zoe said while giggling a bit and when Ace and Paris ran up to them cuddling their masters. Then the two began to exit the building with their dinosaurs, as Rex tells Zoe, "Let's keep this from Max. Okay?" Zoe gives Rex a quick peck on the cheek as she says, "Of course." The two then leave the building hand in hand to go and find Max.
