Hey so this isn't my first pokemon story, but this is my pokemon X and Y story. I am super excited, and I hope it turns out to be awesome. I have played and beaten Pokemon Y and it was AWESOME! So this story is going to follow that of Pokemon Y and how I imagined it would be.
I am a huge Calem/Serena shipper so there is going to be plenty of that in the story.

I hope you enjoy!

Disclaimer: I do not own Pokemon or any of the characters.

Also something I will add to help at the end of chapters is Serena's pokemon team so far in the game. It will be improving and changing throughout so, if you want to know all about her awesome team, that's where it will be.
Lastly...ages. I know people start there pokemon journeys at age ten usually in the game...but have you seen some of the clothing they have available for you to buy? There are some articles, that would not be suitable for a ten year old, so here are my ages
Serena: 16 and 3/4
Calem: 17 (just turned)
Shauna: 15 and 11/12 (meaning she has one month until she turns 16)
Trevor: 15 and 1/2
Tierno: 17 and 1/2

Prologue

We were moving…that was the only thought racing around in my mind. Nothing else seemed to matter. I didn't care about where we were moving to, or why we were even moving in the first place. All I knew was that we were moving. I didn't even want to move…but did I have a say in it? NO! Because I'm the kid and my mom…is my mom. I guess I could understand why she wanted to leave…I mean after my father passed away nothing seemed the same. My mother wasn't racing her best, and I wasn't talking. I'm assuming she thought a change of scenery would help. So she retired on the spot and announced to me that yes, we were moving.

I could hear the echo of the television as I sat on my unmade bed in my bedroom. My mom had assigned me to finish packing my bedroom by the end of the hour, but having done the majority I sat on my bed hugging a pillow, thinking about the move. I was never big on socializing, but I did manage to make two close friends here in Pallet Town…now I was leaving them, and I would have to start all over again. There was no point in brooding over it anymore, so I let out a long sigh before standing up to finish packing the last box in my room. When I finished I picked it up and walked out of my room and downstairs to load it on the truck. I did just that, and walked over to where my mom was standing in front of our house that we were leaving. A tear slipped down my mother's face and she brought me into a tight hug and spoke into my ear.
"I know you don't want to leave, but just try to understand that it's for the best."
I nodded my head while trying to keep my tears at bay, and she let go of my before climbing into the drivers sear of the truck and motioning me to take my seat on the passenger's side. As soon as the truck jerked into motion a new thought occurred to me. Maybe this could be a chance to change my shy demeanor and try to be the champion my parents always dreamed of.

So that is the prologue, I hope you enjoyed! I would love to read a review from everyone who read my story. I will try to update as soon as possible, it all just depends on when I can type up the second chapter because it's much longer than this one.
