A/N: Happy Christmas everyone. Dedicated to dirtdevil76 who helped feed me ideas and encouraged me to write this.

Sasuke was sitting in his living room reading when he heard a knock at his door. He looked at the time and gave a sigh. He got up, setting his book down, and went to answer the door. He threw it open and nearly choked on air at what he saw.
There stood Sai, Naruto, Ino, Sakura, Deidara, and Sasori all dressed as Reindeer and singing. He came out of his shock just in time to catch part of the song. "He's making a list, he's checking it twice, gonna find out whose neck he's gonna slice, Itachi-sama's killing your clan~!"
He slammed the door shut, but he could still hear them singing faintly. He barricaded the door and ran up to his room. He locked the door and windows, barricaded the door and sat on his bed shaking slightly as memories came flooding back. He heard a noise from outside and saw the carolers climbing up the side of the building. He gasped lightly and shut his eyes, a creak from the end of the bed made him look in that direction. What he saw made his heart stop and his blood freeze. There Itachi rose, wearing a santa suit and holding his katana.
Sasuke fled the room and tried to leave his house, but all the exits were blocked by those damnable carolers. He turned to try and find another exit when he saw Itachi there, smirking. Itachi slowly approached his younger brother and put a hand on his shoulder. Sasuke closed his eyes and tensed up. Something was dropped into his hands and Itachi tapped his forehead. Sasuke's eyes flew open and Itachi was gone, as were the carolers. He looked down at the cutely wrapped box and with a shaking hand, he opened it.
Inside there was a photo album filled with happy memories of Sasuke's family and childhood. He looked back in the box and there was a note, explaining the reason behind the massacre and why Sasuke was spared. Sasuke went back to flipping through the pages of the book, smiling softly to himself, thinking he just may forgive Itachi.
If he were to look up he would have noticed that across the street, on the roof of the building a figure in a white cloak was watching him. It whispered softly, "Happy Christmas Sasuke-chan." Before disappearing as the wind and snow swirled around, obscuring his departure.
