This is my Greece drabble. The fairy tale Sleeping Beauity is French, but the Greek also have a story Called the Sleeping Prince, so I threw the two together and..this thing was born.

You looked down at the soundly sleeping Prince, wondering just how the hell this happened.

You could still remember alll the stories your mother had told you about Princesses who had fallen under a slepp and had been sleeping for a long time. Sooner or later their one true love, a handsom Prince who they most likely spent some of their childhood with, came to save the beautiful maden after slaying the Dragon that would guard the castle. After climbing a seemingly endless stair way, he would enter her room, battle weary and exausted, but despite the many woulds he bore, and all the blood he would be covered in (even if most of it belonged to the poor creature he was fighting.) he would still look handsome as if he never faught. And he would remove his head gear before leaning down and placing a soft, gentle kiss on the Princess's lips. Thus saving her from a fate of eternal slumber. He then would take her in to his arms, carry the tired and greatful maden to his white horse and ride off in to the sunset.

THAT was how things should go.

So why were you dressed in armor, covered in Dragon's blood, looking like a mess and staring down at the country's Prince?

Some how, fate had gotten the two roles swapped. You were stuck as the knight in shining, blood covered armor and he was landed with the princess in distress role. Some where up there, a god was laughing his ass off at how funny the two might look.

"Shouldn't this be his job or something? After all he is the Prince." You sighed, taking off your helmet and shaking your head, letting your hair air out and feeling your face cool off quickly. "How do they stand these things?" You muttered, chucking the head gear behind you as you knelt down by the sleeping Prince.

"This better be worth it." Was the last thing you grumbled before softly kissing the sleeping beauty. You pulled back just in time to see his Green eyes flutter open, like dare you say, a princes's eyes would. Looking down at him you felt your heart skip a beat. Oh yes, if things go like what they should, it will definantly be worth it.

The newly awakened Prince sat up and yawned a little, rubbing his eye before looking at you with a soft smile. "Good morning Fair knight." He laughed lightly, knowing how the roles were supposed to be swapped.

"Good Afternoon fair maden. Were your dreams pleasent?" You asked, the same small laugh in your voice. "Because it's been five years."

The two of you just laughed as you helped him out of the bed, led him down the endless stair way and to your white horse.
