"Late for work again, Shaquita?" Santana didn't have to look up know Sebastian was smirking. If he wasn't the boss' son she would have told him to go to hell and take his Disney prince haircut with him. But alas he was and she was late for her rent so she bit her lip until it hurt and sat down at her cubicle.

Not one who liked being ignored, Sebastian followed her and leaned against her desk, his arms crossed smugly over his chest. He appeared determined to ruin her day before her day even was half way done. Santana had just barely managed to open Office Word and she was already planning homicide. She needed her morning coffee, now.

Santana brushed her black pencil skirt down as she raised up from the swivel chair, spreadsheets could wait, she needed her caffeine fix before she committed murder.

After a few minutes of badgering her and no reaction Sebastian finally went in for the kill. "So are you and peroxide for brains, still together?" Now he was insulting her girlfriend. Okay, her ex girlfriend, but Santana still cared about Britney, she was beautiful and sweet and Sebastian was crossing the line. Poking her manicured nail into his chest she warned him to never bring up her ex girlfriend again unless he wanted to her to shove her foot so far up his ass he chokes on his own shit.

Sebastian was in the middle of explaining how illogical her whole statement was when he realized how she said ex. He was about to ask more about it, when a meeting was announced giving Santana Abel needed and well deserved break from Sebastien. But everyone else in the office groaned, corporate meetings were notoriously long and boring, but Santana usually found a way to sneak her phone in her purse and play Temple Run, unfortunately her phone was low battery today. She barely had it on the charger fifteen minutes when she noticed the time and had to run out the door. So she let her phone charge under her desk and brought a pen and notepad with her to the meeting.

Half an hour later Santana was in the middle of drawing an elaborate scene of a beach during sunset, and placing the last finishing touches of a sailboat when she heard Sebastian bring up her name. The asshole taken a seat right next to her during the meeting just to annoy her, "-will be my date for the wedding."

"Wedding?" Santana repeated bewildered she looked up and noticed everyone had already left except her, Sebastian and the bosses. Damn her daydreams always got in her trouble for not paying attention and this was one of those times.

"Silly goose! We're going to the wedding together." Sebastian placed his arm snugly around her shoulders.

"Remove your arm before I cut it off and beat you to death with it." Santana whispered in a low hiss.

"Go along with it and I'll give you a hundred dollars." He said quietly his warm breath swirling in her ear making Santana shiver.

"One-fifty."

"Deal."

The two heads of the board looked skeptically between them. Sebastian's father, Howard Symthe was the owner of the company, a handsome man in his late forties or early fifties white salt and pepper hair and who shared the same green eyes as his son. e

Everyone at the office loved and respected him. On the other hand Lester was his right hand man and always reminded Santana of a rat. He was known around the office for being a grade A douche-bag ass kisser.

"Sorry, what's your name?" Lester asked pointing his long gangly finger at her.

Santana couldn't help but to scowl at his rodent face, "Santana Lopez." She said matter of factly.

"Isn't she your secretary?" Lester asked Sebastian completely ignoring her. Santana scowled she was not his secretary and she was about to tell him as much when Sebastian answered for her, knowing there would possibly be some cuss words involved if he allowed Santana to speak first.

"Executive assistant." He corrected Lestor, "And it wouldn't be the first time someone here had an office romance would it Les? With Laquisha, remember?" Lester shuffled uncomfortably in his seat, next to him Mr. Symthe smiled discreetly looking down at his files while Santana held back a snort. Laquisha?! The one with the bad weeve, snaggle tooth and who couldn't spell "hundred"?! Santana always wondered how she moved up to executive!

Wait, did Sebastian just defend her?

"Well I think this is great!" Mr. Symthe said clapping his hands together, "Just fabulous! Look at you two! You're handsome, she's lovely and you two make a beautiful couple," Sebastian smiled widely and Santana winced hoping that was sufficient enough. "You know, I always sensed some sexual tension between the two of you ever since the Christmas party."

The Christmas party? Santana and Sebastian glanced at each other confused. They were both drunk off their asses at the Christmas party. She poured her punch glass over his head and he "accidentally" shoved her into the Christmas tree. What part of any of that showed sexual tension instead of burning hatred released by alcohol?

After Sebastian forked over the money and Mr. Symthe wished them good bye, even referred to Santana as "hopefully my new daughter in law" she shoved him into a broom closet.

"Kinky, Satan." Sebastian remarked wiggling his eyebrows and Santana glared at him.

"Symthe, you have two seconds to explain to me what the Hell that was all about!" Santana threatened, grabbing him by his lapels and glaring at him.

Sebastian plucked her hands off of his blazer like they were dirty, "Paws off the Armani."

"One second left." Santana said her hands over her hips as she waited.

He rolled his eyes at her, "My sister is getting married and I need a date."

"So couldn't you find a willing candidate who you didn't have to pay?"

"On such quick notice, no, the wedding is only a few days away. And... I'm gay. I didn't want my mother setting me up and I didn't want to invite some girl, to have her fall in love with me just crush her dreams after the wedding."

"What?"

"It's a few days away?"

"No, not that the other thing you just said?"

"I'm gay."

You could have pushed Santana over with a leaf, why was he always flirting with her if he was gay? The thrill of it? She didn't have much time to process because she suddenly felt her phone was vibrate in her purse.

"Aren't you going to get that?" Sebastian asked.

Santana didn't want to talk on the phone with Sebastian in the room eavesdropping in on her conversation. But she knew she couldn't walk out this door and talk on her phone in the office either because every single one of her cubicle mates were snitches. They ran back to Lester whenever they could with reports on the most trivialest of matters hoping to get promoted.

"Get out." Santana motioned, but Sebastien refused smirking and after a few failed attempts to shove him out she hesitatingly answered the phone. She was surprised to see it was her abuela calling... She didn't have the best relationship with her grandmother, to put it mildly.

"Hola Abuela. Como estas?" Santana said thinking she could just speak this whole conversation in Spanish to confuse Sebastien which would serve pretty boy right.

Her grandmother wasn't much on small talk, or formalities, or manners for that matter. She told Santana her other granddaughter, her favorite granddaughter, Pillar was getting married.

Pillar who was always better than Santana ineverything. When Santana got B's Pillar got straight A's. When Santana got into a state college, Pillar was graduating top of her class at an Ivy league college. When Santana got a job barely above minimum wage Pilar was a high priced attorney. But the topper was while Santana was going through a rough break up, Pilar was planning a wedding! And not just any wedding, no not for Pillar, an elaborate beautiful wedding that will put Santana's to shame. "You no if you ever decide to get married." Her grandmother said making her feel like even more of a loser than she already did. And of course Pillar wasn't getting married to just any Joe Blow either but a doctor as her grandmother pointed out.

"So I assume you'll be going to the wedding as a plus one?"

Santana suddenly looked a Sebastian and it was like a light bulb went off, "No a plus two, abuela."

"Really?" her grandmother said every bit of the word sound doubtful.

"Yes abuela, you'll love him. We've been dating for a few months now and I was going to introduce you to him soon anyway. His name is Sebastian; he's successful, charming and handsome."

Her grandmother clicked her tongue like she was unimpressed and hung up the phone without a good bye. Santana was putting her phone back in her purse when she saw Sebastian watching her smirking.

"What?!" She snapped zipping her purse shut.

"I'm handsome am I?" Sebastian mocked in Spanish and Santana's eyes widened like saucers.

"How did you-"

"I had a Mexican maid and gardener growing up." He informed her smugly holding the door open and she squeezed out.

"So all those times-"

"I understood every word." Santana shifted the strap of her purse on her shoulder uneasiky. She remembered how on the first day of work she cussed him out in Spanish and how she spoke naughty Spanish words over the phone when she was still dating Britney. Sebastian knew what she was saying all a long, she wanted to take a shovel and bury herself ten feet underground.

Santana was sitting minding her own business when Kathy, the person who sat across from her leaned to the left away from her computer to say, "I'm sorry to hear about you and Brittany."

Santana just sat in her seat for a moment wondering how Kathy had heard. Did Sebastian already tell everyone they were "dating"? But then she realized that Kathy added her on social media and was the type of person who never got off of it. She always had Facebook or Twitter open up on a secret window on her computer so even if she had changed her status to single a few hours ago of course snoopy Kathy would've known.

Santana knew that most of fellow employees who worked here were gossips and Kathy was the worst one. But right then Santana didn't care, in fact she was delighted that Kathy was the one who had brought up the topic herself, finally she would have the chance to talk to someone about her and Brittany. "Yeah, it was hard. But I'm sure her and I-"

"Are completely over with." Sebastian finished surprising Santana since she had no clue he was behind her and even surprising her more when he leaned down to plant a kiss on her cheek. Kathy eyes went as wide as saucers.

"Congratulations," Kathy said just as taken aback as Santana was. Everyone in the office knew about their hostile relationship. A pen dropped from her hand, yet she didn't even seem to notice. "If you two will excuse me." Kathy stumbled out of seat and rushed to tell the first person she saw the juicy gossip.

Santana sighed, oh well for keeping that a secret for just a little while longer. Well, she thought sourly, at least they can't say she has slept her way to the top unlike Laquisha because she hasn't ever been promoted.

Sebastian received high fives from creepers like Jaime in accounting who always tried to look up her skirt. No doubt congratulating him for turning her straight, like that could happen in a million years. Sebastian would have better luck turning Elton John into a straight, mid western man, who wears plaid shirts, goes to honky tonks and hunts on the weekend.

While Sebastian was being celebrated as man of the year Santana was receiving death glares from all the single females in the office. "If only you knew he's playing for the other team ladies."

At least with all this stuff going on it made her usual long winded and boring work day pass by in a blur. Before Santana had known it, her day was over and she wanted nothing more to go home and pretend none of this ever happened. But infuriatingly enough before she could leave Sebastian was there beside her his hips leaning against her desk like earlier that day.

"Don't you think since we are dating now, you could remove that picture ?" His head tilted to a framed photo of her ex on her desk.

Santana looked at him like he had grown six heads, "No, for one thing we aren't really dating and for another this is memories."

Sebastian rolled his eyes, "You need to move on." He said and picked up the photo before she could react. Afterwards Santana tried taking it back from him but he just laughed and used his superior height to hold it above her head and out of her reach. "Nobody I'm dating, pretend or not, is going to have pictures of another person other than me on their desk." He said and removed the picture from the frame and replaced it with a picture of him had in his pocket.

Santana looked skeptically at the black and white photo of Sebastian staring broodingly into the camera with his best bedroom eyes. "Is this a head shot of yours from that month you had the dream to be the next Leonardo Dicaprio?" She asked raising an eyebrow referring to the week Sebastian paced up and down the office practicing his lines for a city play driving everyone in the office crazy, thankfully he didn't land the role.

"Maybe," Sebastian shrugged his shoulders noncommittally.

"And you just carry your head shots around with you, all the time?" Santana asked, Sebastian shrugged again. "Wow, you are a real piece of work Symthe, I'll grant you that." She said and rolled her chair from underneath her desk, grabbing her purse and heading out.

Of course Sebastian had to follow her out to her car. "I think we need to talk about our deal."

Santana popped a piece of gum in her mouth and tossed the wrapper out. "Fine." She grunted wanting to do anything else but talk to him. But she knew she had to get a couple things out of the way.

"My sister's wedding starts Monday were all leaving this weekend, it should last no longer than a week."

"A week?!"

"With the rehearsal and everything, yeah." Santana groaned "Also we will be flying first thing Saturday, don't worry I already ordered you a ticket."

"Fly?! I hate flying!"

"It's only a short plane ride to the Hamptons."

"The Hamptons?! I don't have anything to wear to the Hamptons! I don't even have my rent paid for!"

"I'll get you clothes for the wedding. I'll even pay for this month's rent."

"I didn't know you family had money like that?" Sure, Santana knew they had money, but not this kind of money.

"I don't think you realize how important this is. My father owns a lot of businesses not just this one. Why do you think he's hardly here? I know he wants to retire but he needs a heir I'm his son it should be me." He said proudly with an air of entitlement he always carried around with him. "But he thinks I'm too immature and irresponsible. I need to settle down yada yada yada."

"How could he have ever come to that conclusion?" Santana asked sarcastically.

"Funny." Sebastian said dryily, "If we make a good impression on him, I'll take over this company."

"And why would I want that?"

"Well lets see; for one thing I don't think you want Lester breathing down your neck," Santana shuddered and he continued, "For another thing as my girlfriend you'll be next in line for a promotion, third I'm paying your rent, forth you pretty much have a paid vacation and last but not least, your grandmother is going to love me."

Santana should have asked how he was so certain her grandmother was going to love him. Her grandmother didn't like anyone or anything, except the perfect Pilar that is. But Sebastian was handsome, wealthy and charming. And she didn't bother to protest, her grandmother would adore him. And maybe Santana could finally beat the perfect her cousin in one thing.

"OK! Fine!" Santana reluctantly agreed and Sebastian smiled victoriously sticking his hand out, Santana took one look at his offered handshake and stuck her gum on her hand and shook it, she smiled when she heard Sebastian curse how gross that was.

"Why are you still following me twink?!"

"Dad borrowed my car, something about his being towed for parking the wrong way. He thought I could get a ride with my girlfriend."

Under the threat of not attending Pilar's wedding Sebastian won and slid into the passenger seat, he leaned in his seat resting his hands under his head and put his feet up on her dash.

Fuck him, he thought he looked so damn cool. He did. Santana cursed herself for thinking that, he was a smug snob and he was *not* cool. And definitely not cute. Of course Santana was gay, but even if she wasn't gay, she would still not find him cute. Not even a little bit.

"Something wrong Satan?" Sebastian asked smug smile and all.

"Yeah, get your dirty feet off my dash, you prick." She demanded shoving his loafers to the floor and Sebastian laughed in retort.

"What, like I could damage this car more than it already is." Santana scowled she knew her car was beat up, it had more dents, dings and scratches on it than she could count. And the inside was no better various cups were saved and strewn about for free refills at fast food joints and there was dirt everywhere. But she had this car for years, she bought it with her own money and she loved it. She was in the middle of defending her car against his slander it stalled.

"Fuck." Santana cursed, "Please start up." She pleaded trying to start up the car again by taking her key in and out messing with the gears. She took it back, she hated this car. Fuck this car. This was the last thing she needed.

"Need some help?" Sebastian offered his voice to helpful and kind to be real.

"Not from you."

"So what are you going to do, call a tow place and hire a taxi?"

Santana frowned, "I don't have the money for that." She admitted in defeat including the money he had given her for going along with his story. How pathetic.

"I do," Santana picked her head up from the steering wheel giving him a skeptic look not believing for a second Sebastian would help her out of the kindness of his heart.

"If you do something for me that is."

"Go to hell, gayface."

"How unfortunate." Sebastian said reaching for the door handle, cell phone already in hand prepared to call a taxi and leave her here. Santana grabbed his arm before he could, she let go when she realized she touched him, her hand felt tingly.

"Fine. What do you want?"

"Ask me nicely to go to the wedding with you."

Santana rolled her eyes, what was he in middle school she said what she had to his words and half an hour later her car was getting towed and they were in taxi, the taxi driver was in the middle of some loud argument with his wife and driving erratic and that's just what Santana needed to end her life in a fiery automobile crash with an asshole she couldn't stand all because he forgot to take out the trash before going to work. Thankfully they made it to her floating one piece.

"See you tomorrow!" Sebastian called out from the open window waving.

"Screw you twink," Santana said and gave him the finger.
