Link woke up. He was sleeping beforehand, but now he was no longer sleeping, and therefore was awake. He glanced at his alarm clock, and upon realizing that he did not know what an alarm clock was and did not understand why on earth he did not have one, got out of bed.

He snatched up the single, plain sheet of paper that was on his stumpy table, folded it like a tiny little Arwing, and stuffed it in his pocket. Then he grabbed some leaves that were laying around and stuffed them in his pocket. He began emptying the drawers of his dresser and stuffing the contents into his pocket. He realized suddenly it would be a lot quicker if he simply stuffed the entire dresser into his pocket, and stuffed the entire dresser into his pocket.

He headed outside and gazed dully at the Kokiri scene. Behind the trees he could easily see the empty wasteland that the developers hadn't bothered to create, so he wasn't impressed. He climbed onto the ladder and pressed the A button to release and fall to the ground.

Immediately he was stopped by Saria, whom he was in love with. Just kidding. He wasn't. In love with her, that is. You sick freak, he's only 10 years old. What were you expecting, a make out session between 10 year-olds!? Sicko!! Anyway, Saria stared at Link.

"Well, goodbye Link. I can honestly say I don't care for you, which is why we never talked. I'm just saying goodbye, anyway," she said. Link was utterly and completely silent.

"WHAT!? I am not a witch! You-" Saria was interrupted by Link's silence.

"Oh really!? Is that what you think!? I am NOT a witch, Link!" Saria screeched.

Link made a bland facial expression common around the time the Nintendo 64 was around, but other than that was completely silent.

"Oh... really? Well, I'm sorry. I completely understand..." Saria said regretfully. Link's silence wasn't unbearable. "Thanks, Link. Goodbye!"

Link proceeded to sprint briskly over toward the strange, blocky log that stuck out of the wall of the forest. This brisk sprint wasn't unusual for Link, because it was ordinary for players not to realize that people usually walk, so Link ignored it.

Out of nowhere, Mako or whatever his name was (Link couldn't remember) materialized, blocking the log. Link pulled out the paper Arwing and unfolded it.

"Quid est?" asked Mako (who's name was actually Mido, but we just won't tell Link, now will we?) in Latin.

Link looked at the words written on it. "Um... let's see... grab the left side of the cartridge and..." Link mumbled.

"WHOA!? You can TALK!?" Mako who was actually Mido interrogated (seriously what's with these verbs?).

Link groaned silently and said, "Just because I always communicate without any communication normally doesn't mean that I CAN'T!" He then stared silently at Mako who was actually Mido. Clearly he was explaining how all of this stuff works.

"OH! I get it! Because of that, you can do this and that! And all of this adds up to that with this because this plus that minus this becomes... OH MY GODDESSES!!"

While Mako who was actually Mido was making sense of all of this clearly sage-like logic, Link pulled out the cartridge halfway and finished the glitch. He then left the forest and was gone FOREVER. Well, he did come back shortly afterwards because it was hard becoming an adult at 17 without a sword or a shield, but it was in secret.

Other than that, Link was gone.
