Stealing Kisses

"Why good morning Mayor Mills. What brings you here so early?" Sheriff Swan asked the brunette as she entered the station.

The other woman crossed directly in front of the seated blonde, placed the bag that she was carrying down on the desk and took the other woman's face in her hands as she kissed her soundly.

"I just wanted to say 'good morning'." Regina smiled as their lips parted.

Emma grinned, "Good morning indeed."

The two had been secretly seeing each other for almost eight months. Only Henry and Emma's parents knew of their relationship.

"I missed you this morning." The brunette told her.

The couple had a rule - no sleepovers on school nights. Emma only spent the night in the mayor's bed on Friday and Saturday nights.

The blonde scooted her chair closer to the other woman. Careful to avoid rolling over her toes she now sat with Regina's legs between her knees; pinning her in her place perched against the desk. Emma then slid her hands up toned thighs and brought them to rest on her lover's hips. "I missed you too. Monday's would be so much easier if they started out with you."

Regina smiled, "What if we made that happen?"

"Extend our sleepovers to include Mondays?" Emma grinned, "I could get behind that."

"What if we extended our sleepovers to include everyday of the week?"

"Regina, what are you saying?" Emma questioned with knitted eyebrows. Her gut told her what her girlfriend was asking but she wanted to hear it straight from the brunette's red lips.

"Move in with me. Move in with Henry and me." The older woman said quietly.

A goofy grin spread across the blonde's face, "I would love that."

Regina leaned down and kiss her again.

"I don't think there will be any chance of hiding our relationship anymore." Emma made sure to point out to her when they pulled apart.

"I don't care." The brunette took hold of the other woman's hands as she reassured her. "I have never cared about what people think about me and keeping our relationship from the town has never been about being ashamed of being with you."

Emma squeezed her hands, "I know that."

"I am tired of stealing kisses between lunch and dinner." She paused thinking of how that's what time was like with Daniel - stealing kisses between lunch and tea. "I don't want to put my happiness on hold any longer. I want to be with you."

The Sheriff stood, took her girlfriend's face in her hands and kissed her soundly. Regina's hand's came up to cup Emma's shoulder blades.

"I love you." Emma grinned.

The former Queen nuzzled into her girlfriend's embrace and let out a content sigh, "I love you too."

"So this means that I can steal kisses anytime I want to now?"

"Anytime. Anywhere." Regina smiled. "They are yours to take."

The couple grinned as their lips met in another kiss.
