This just came to me one day and I thought I might post it (ha ha, Post It, get it?) Reviewers get virtual cookies! (::)

Annabeth POV

It was a normal, sunny day at camp, nothing spectacular about it. Percy and I had been dating for almost a year now. It was currently June and we had been at camp for only a week. Everybody was sitting at the dining pavilion for lunch, chowing down. I was sitting at Percy's table with him; Chiron and Mr D. had long since given up trying to get me back to the Athena table. And Poseidon didn't seem to mind. I was scarfing my food down because I had plans to put the finishing touches on my mother's temple on the new Olympus.

Percy had his elbow on the table and his palm on his ear, his head facing me, and had the goofiest smile on his face. He had finished his lunch even though I had been eating as fast as I could (I had known him for years and still hadn't figured out how he ate so fast). He was staring at me really hard like he was trying to memorize my face. It was kind of disconcerting.

"What?" I said, through a mouthful of food. "Do I have something on my face?"

"Nope."

"Then why are you staring at me like there's no tomorrow?"

"Just 'cause."

Well thanks for that elaboration. "Okay, then," I shot him a weird look and went back to stuffing food down my throat. After a few minutes of comfortable silence, Percy broke it.

"I love you."

Lucky for me I was in the middle of simultaneously chewing on my sandwich and taking a big sip of lemonade. So when he said those three little words, my first reaction was spewing lemonade and sandwich everywhere. Everyone in the pavilion turned towards us.

"Well, that was attractive," Percy said sarcastically. Then it seemed to dawn on him what he had just said. He blushed tomato red.

"I-uh-Annabeth-I didn't mean-I mean, I did mean it-it's just I didn't mean for it to come out. But I do. Love you, that is," he stuttered out.

I just stared at him.

"Umm, okay. This is kind of awkward. You know, I think I'm just going to go now..." He said as he started to get up.

I broke out of my reverie and pulled him back into his seat. Then I kissed him passionately, with all my might. He returned the kiss eagerly, our lips molding together. After what seemed like hours I pulled away for a second.

"I love you," I said, smiling big. He smiled back and pulled me in for another kiss.

A big collective "Aww..." was heard, and if we had looked up (which we didn't, we were a bit busy) we would have seen the whole camp watching us like we were their favorite soap opera. I just rolled my eyes and continued kissing Percy. But then a bunched of annoyed and grossed out campers started saying things like "Eww! Major PDA!" and "Quit swapping spit, lovebirds" and "Get a room!"

Percy broke away and smirked at me.

"Man, if that's what I get whenever I say 'I love you' I'm saying it more often!"

I slapped him upside the head. Same old Seaweed Brain.

"You better," I said with a stern look.

He just laughed and took my hand, getting up.

"Come on, Annabeth," he said pulling me away from the table. "Let's go, uh, as Clarisse so excellently phrased it, 'get a room.'" I laughed.

"Come on, Seaweed Brain."

I think that was when Chiron realized that Percy and I were about to break some rules. "Annabeth! Percy! Remember the rules! No-oh, never mind," he said, as Percy and I had already started racing towards his cabin.

I guess a normal day could turn into a spectacular one with a few little words. There goes my plans for the afternoon. Anyway, it didn't matter.

Because Percy and I were in love.

We that's it, a short little one-shot! Maybe two-shot if I get good reviews. Don't you want a cookie?
