Gail, Lordess of the Ring
Gail had had another bad day at work. She got home and started to take a nap. She dreamed of middle-earth. There was a great voice that said "Gail, we need your help." She woke up in a start.
She got up and went over to her dresser. She picked up her Gimli and Legolas toys. "I wish you guys could be real and we could have real live adventures together.
All of a sudden, there was a great portal. Gail was sucked through.

Gail woke up to the sound of two men arguing.
"We can't leave her here, she'll die!" said a soft voice.
"But we don't know who she is!" said a gruffer voice.
Gail got up. She couldn't believe her eyes! There, in front of her, stood Gimli and Legolas.
"You shall die, witch!" shouted Gimli as he raised his axe.
"Stop!" shouted Legolas.
Gail cowered. "Please Gimli, don't!" Gimil stopped mid-chop.
"How do you know my name?"
Gail got up. "Because I read all about your adventures. You helped Frodo destroy the ring and stop the rise of the dark lord Sauron."
Legolas looked thoughtfully at her. "There is an elven prophecy of a woman who would come to us in a time of need. What is your name?"
"I am Gail. I am a 38 year old medical assistant/housewife, so I don't know what help I can offer."
Gimli said "Perhaps she can help us against the rise of Sauron!"
"But Sauron is dead" said Gail.
"That's what we thought too," said Legolas. "But somehow he came back. According to the prophecy, you are the Lordess of the Ring. We must go to the crack of Mount Doom and cast the Neo Ring of Power into the firey chasm from whence it came!" Legolas dramatically raised an eyebrow.
"But what and where are is the Neo Ring of Power?" asked Gail.
"Well, after the fall of Sauron, Legolas and I searched the ruins of Sauron's castle, and we found a ring he had been making in case frodo succeeded. He didn't finish the ring in time, but it somehow has been charged up with evil energy."
Legolas' eye twinkled, "Well, Gimli, some would call the love we share evil."
Gimli blushed. "Well, sweets, let's not talk about that here." There was a silence. "You can count on my steel!!!" Gimli shouted.
"Anyway, I have the ring, but you can have it." Legolas handed Gail (the 38 year old woman from the United States of America) the most powerful ring known to middle-earth.
Gail could feel the power of the ring. She could go invisible if she wanted. Suddenly, Aragorn showed up.
"Hello! Could this be Gail, the Lordess of the Ring?"
"Aye it is!" Gimli said proudly.
Aragorn looked at her. "My, she is beautiful." He winked at her. Gail blushed.
"Well, I guess we should cast that ring into the firey chasm from whence it came!" said Gail. Dramatic eyebrow raising was had by all.

And so, Gail and the fellowship put the ring in the fire and the world was saved. Aragorn kissed her.
"I have to go!" she said.
A single tear rolled down Aragorn's face. "I'll never forget thee."
"And I won't forget you! I can't wait to tell Jolene about this!" Gail cried. Suddenly, another portal opened up, and Gail was sucked in.

Gail woke up and saw a beautiful castle. Three children confronted her. One of the boys, who wore glasses, stepped forward.
"Hello, my name is Harry Potter. Who are you?"
"Here we go again!" said Gail with a chuckle.
